Placed 3 orders on 11 November. In total 17 bottles. All 3 was confirmed by email. Today (12 November) one order was partly canceled (3 bottles from 4 was canceled) the other 2 orders fully canceled. Time wasters.
I ordered a bottle of 1974 Armagnac which I needed for a friend's 50th tomorrow. I got an email at 17.30 saying they can't find it in the warehouse. I would have ordered somewhere else, and now stuck and have taken time off work to drive around London to find the same somewhere. Not a good experience. I emailed back and am awaiting the response, hopefully I will be able to make this review more positive....
