Overall service and delivery was good with prompt delivery. Only flaw was one of the bottles ordered was not delivered. On calling this was oos. Given a prompt refund though site still not reflect oos. Also I could have benefitted with more support in choosing an alternative whilst calling back as opposed to the refund. Otherwise would certainly use again.
Really good website with lots of information about the products they sell. Great price for the rum I ordered. Kept up to date throughout the process. Items delivered on time and very securely packed. I was very impressed with Spirits Kiosk and will definitely use them again.

Sold me an item for Christmas that said in stock and then told me days later it was out of stock. Delivery driver didn’t try to deliver, but said he did. So, delivery was late and didn’t get all my items. Will order from somewhere else in future.

The item I ordered was well packed for the journey but when I opened it, the box the cognac came in looked as though it had been thrown around the warehouse a few times. The box once was white with bronze coloured print and on every edge or corner the print was scuffed and scratched, there were also several areas where there were black marks. Made me think it was one they found in the back corner of the warehouse and it has been kicking around for a fair few years. Really not impressed with the quality and especially when this item is a gift.
Item arrived quickly and more importantly for a bottle of whisky, was well packaged. Highly recommend
