Looking for a particular non alcholic sparkling wine. Spirit Kiosk had along with some things to try. Our order was delivered perfectly packed. On time as promised.
Currently on day 3 of awaiting 3rd re-delivery. Personaly lost 2-3 days of waiting in so far which is pretty poor. SK Customer Service have been responsive but DPD Couriers have been shockingly poor, missed 1st delivery, failed to re-deliver at allotted time, re-arranged again which was then sent back to the warehouse after waiting in, waited in all-day today for redelivery details which havn't materialised for this Christmas gift. Sorry SK better & more reliable sources out there DPD have cost you a new customer
Easy to order and timely delivery.
Bought a bottle of Laphroaig Lore for hubby for Xmas, it arrived in super time, well wrap and protected. Cheaper than anyone around including Laphroaig (thats not hard) saving over a tenner. Highly recommend this company and will use again. Lore is for the story teller but this is the truth

There was an issue with my delivery, absolutely no fault of Spirits Kiosk, but they responded to me promptly and resolved the situation so that I was quickly able to receive my order in full. Great customer service.
I had my delivery sent to a different address due to the courier and when I contacted Spirit Kiosk and informed them as the product was a gift they were fantastic. They apologised and immediately sent me a replacement and was going contact the courier to find out how this happened. The new product was delivered with a few days. Only reason I marked down a star was because I originally ordered this as a gift with a personalised gift tag and it wasn't in the box. Great service thou under the circumstances and will defo order again.

Initially, wrong content was supplied. This was to be replaced, but although the wrong product was picked up, the replacement was delivered the next day, to the wrong address. I was asked to go and pick it up myself (!), but when I did, it was the same wrong product again. When I asked again what was going on, the product I wanted was now sold out. Thanks Spiriits Kiosk. Ah well, there are alternatives - I'll go elsewhere.
