My parcel was picked up on time by a polite driver, and delivered safely that day as requested. It all went without a hitch.

Never used Speedy Same Day before and we were really up against the wall last week and needed a bike courier urgently to collect and drop off within a 2 hour time period. I cant tell you how happy I was to be told it was all done and dusted within the 2 hour slot. Customer service was over and above the call of duty. Communication by email on tracking was first class. I cannot speak more highly of this company. Will use again for sure. Lastly the costs were very reasonable.

Asked a question about cancelling and whether it was possible, they didn't answer the question just cancelled and charged me GBP 30 + Vat for the pleasure as they misinterpreted my question for a request. Ended up using others due to this.

The process was easy to book and the price very good.

Service slow, collection was not within the hour as they confirmed. The packages took over two hours To arrive to its destination. No way of tracking the packages or driver as their online tracking system was inefficient and always indicating an error. Customer care line was switched off by 4pm which left me helpless and anxious not Knowing if my package arrived or not. Customer adviser earlier in the day rude And dismissive when i questioned why it was taking over two hours to deliver a package Won’t be using them again
