Speedy couriers did not provide the service which we had booked they continually changed the timings, lied about the despatch of the driver, and it became impossible to get the documents to the destination in time. Then they refused to accept a cancellation and charged us half of the original quote of almost £200 for the privilege. AVOID!

Beware of this service. They will take your money, not do the job, and not return emails. I paid for a very simple delivery and had it as a rush job. The job was never done and when I tried to contact Speedy SameDay Courier, I couldn't get through. I emailed three different ways and no reply. I ended up going with a different service and got my package delivered within hours for half the price. I will be contacting my bank as I worry if this is even a legitimate business.

We had an essential collection of customs documents on last Friday afternoon from the City of London and our original driver had let us down, leaving us with an increasingly small window of time to secure an alternative solution. Several couriers were unable to help, and we stood to lose thousands of pounds as a result of leaving the collection 'til Monday - the office was closing for the weekend, When we explained to Speedy Sameday how extra urgent we were, they pulled the stops out to find someone who could collect the paperwork for us, The collection was done within an hour, and the paperwork was safety delivered to its destination over 40 miles away. For the predicament Speedy got us out of, I would say they are extremely good value for money!

So easy - I booked a collection from my office in Wales. The parcel was collected on time in London and delivered in a very professional manner. The gallerists who received the box actually commented on who lovely the guy was that dropped the work. Excellent Service

Booked an urgent same day pick up for 12, had to phone them at 12.40 to ask where courier was as no one had contacted me with any form of update (this was after 20 mins of being on hold) I was then told he's 'ten mins away' also, wanted to change the delivery address to one a mile away/round the corner and was told it would cost a whopping 36 pounds to do so (as it's in the system?!) it was already costing 77 in the first place. THEN I asked the courier if he was going straight there and he said yes, he was on a Motorbike and looked up the route an said it would take about 40/45 mins (I knew this anyway as I'd driven the route many time myself) AN HOUR later I had the people the other end still waiting so I dont believe he went straight there or even if he was stuck in traffic or something where's the UPDATES!? Wouldnt use this service again but in the end, at least my package got there but it was pretty stressful.

We had an urgent shipment lost by UPS, and needed to send a replacement from London to Manchester in a hurry - enter Speedy Same Day Couriers! We contacted them by phone and after getting an initial quote, they sent us an email link to confirm final details and pay. Couldn't be simpler. We then received a phone call about ten minutes later confirming our pickup time which was in 1-hours time. The shipment was then received later that night, saving our bacon. Thoroughly recommend!

I ordered a motorbike, but a car arrived, fortunately the traffic didn't impact the journey time as we had a deadline, we were not advised of this at the time of booking, however a quick efficient service was provided.

Unfortunately parcel was not picked up at the time promised and not for many hours after.

Overall I was very pleased with the service. However, unfortunately the Birmingham office were experiencing issues with their phone system which did delay our pickup.

I SENT AN EMAIL STATING HOW MY DELIVERY WENT BY GETTING EMAILS SAYING IT WAS COLLECTED THEN SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED BUT NOT TO ME WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK THE NEXT THING I WAS SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THE JOB HAD BEEN CANCELLED AS GOODS NOT COLLECTED ASKED FOR REFUND BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK

Parcel was picked up and delivered on time. The price was fair and very competitive. The only downside was getting through on the phone but it was worthwhile the wait, because the service was excellent otherwise. Will definitely use service again.
