Made arrangement for quick same day delivery, after filling out the online form I couldn’t then get hold of anyone to actually make payment, on hold for 40mins while being “next in the queue to speak to a representative”

I needed a courier to urgently deliver a letter. The online process was easy, the booking was confirmed and courier allocated quickly. The courier arrived as promised and confirmed when the letter had been delivered. Excellent service, would definitely use again.

customer service very poor, only half right thing is she called me back. driver lies said day before he was here at 12:17pm my camera 11:00 to 1:00 that driver never showed. today driver shows Never knocked left note, and took off

On the day of collection and delivery could not have been more efficient. I had everything with me by about 9am which left me clear for the day. Only issue was that I booked day before and it was not clear that I would be moved to next day until the confirmation came. Also couldn't spot where to amend or put notes, etc. That said, i was on my phone and didn't look that hard. Very reasonably price.
