Easy online booking process and collection and delivery went exactly as expected. Pleasant driver who took good care of the package. Tried to get through on the phone to confirm details and that was difficult as nobody picked up but a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things. Great service!

I needed to deliver urgent medicine to my sister late at night, despite having got the address wrong on my part, Speedy SameDay Courier were accommodating enough to allow me change the address to the correct one and had the medication delivered before midnight. It was critical medication without which would have resulted in my sister having seizures! Thank you so much Speedy!!

They have taken payment but no delivery was done. When I called, they said that the payment didn’t go through. The package still at home, they took my money so not sure. I’m still trying to get a refund

I honestly cannot believe how this company has treated me over the past 24hours. Not only was there disregard for my instructions, there was disregard for my time, my money and my business. My delivery could not be completed because the driver took 3hours to complete a 40 min delivery, so the good had to be redelivered when no one would be at the location to collect the goods and I'm told I have to pay 3x the initial delivery cost just to get my goods brought back to me. I have been yelled at, demeaned, belittled and utterly disregarded by this company. I will be lodging a formal complaint.

Booked a courier to take important paperwork to my solicitor in London which had to be there that day 2 hours later with no communication I get an email saying my booking was cancelled would never use again or recommend terrible service.
