Terrible Company to deal with. Awful from beginning and can’t say to end as my order still has not been delivered. I had to complain about how long despatch was taking. Eventually told it was on its way with shipping details. These details proved useless, in fact pointless. Five days been waiting for delivery since despatch info without any further info on when it might arrive and by who ?
I was very happy with my purchase and delivery communication was good I will be using this company again thanks.

Good communication. From spares direct I originally ordered the wrong boiler. Spoke to a gentleman called Peter. who was very helpfull. Rectified my order. Competitive prices. Also a gent called Ryan was very helpfull when asking for updates on delivery. After that very poor from the courier no contact from them or updates on delivery status. Wouldent order from spares direct again due to poor courier communication. Keep the customer updated it’s very important

The service received from this company was very satisfactory, however, when I came to install and program the Honeywell wireless thermostat I had ordered I discovered that the instructions with it were in Italian and Spanish. Not helpful.
