I bought two items on two separate orders for a boiler that was being serviced. I placed the orders about ten minute apart and had to pay £8 shipping on each ... I had not realised that I needed the second part when ordering the first. I was really surprised to receive an email very quickly from the Spares Direct Dispatch group telling me they had seen the two orders and were going to credit me £8 and instead send the two items together. Great service ... unexpected ... thank you very much!
