Easy website to navigate and find what I wanted, good pricing and good communication post order placement. The item was well packaged for delivery, which did take a little while longer than the courier indicated, but this was clearly not the fault of Spares Direct.

Placed order and realised that delivery address showed my old one. Contacted customer services and even though it was on a Sunday evening was very surprised to get a response so late in the evening. Delivery address amended following day. DHL due to deliver but somehow my delivery had disappeared and had to follow up several times. After emails to and from customer services a new order was sent out and was very impressed with next day delivery.
