Great service and products. I installed under cabinet lighting. When I started preparing the list of items I needed, I had a few questions, so I sent a short email to the customer service. They replied back and helped build a quote for my desired outcome. The answered questions about the install and electrical questions I had quickly as well. The LED dimmable light strips are awesome! They add the perfect amount of light without it being overpowering. The install was straight forward if you understand the flow of electricity. Great product and will use them again if I have other lighting projects!

I accidentally forgot to buy 3 drivers, it would have been nice if I could have had the whole package together instead I had to get drivers elsewhere because of the shipping time.

Why didn't my DMX splitter come with a way for it to get power? Now I have to go out and find one. A real waste of time.

I like the product selection and love the customer service, but I still haven't received my order! The USPS is truly broken. Not sure what to do at my end except wait. if you are placing an order, use UPS (my favorite) or Fedex. Life is too short to wait for the postal service.

I was totally unfamiliar with the newer types of LED Lighting. I am a member of a non-profit art gallery in Snohomish, WA. We desperately needed some new lighting. Andrew spent good time with me to show explain and show me was available. He is so helpful. I just installed the "puck" lighting in 2 glass cabinets and everyone is really pleased. We plan on going back for more.
