Purchased two 1 meter diffusers for use on a Pixelstick. They offered the correct part to fit that extrusion, for a good price, with reasonable shipping cost, and got it out right away. Would, and have recommended Solid Apollo to others.

I was getting myself into a lot of trouble using the web page to make decisions. Andrew was a life saver. I went from a $20 purchase to a $76, but it gives me a beautiful light, dim able with enough conductors to hide wiring snd have controls where I want them. About shipping, I chose lowest cost USPS and ordered on March 3rd and lighting package arrived March 8th. Across Country from Washington State to Southern Tier NY State, tiny Corning, NY. I had more work to do to prepare than the 5 shipping’s allowed, but I’m hoping to complete Friday. Want a picture with the display of Steuben? Send an email address. I ordered a very long, awkward item and I'm on the opposite side of the US, so when my shipment arrived, I was surprised it made it in one piece. My item was expertly packaged and my purchase was exactly as described, which made installation a breeze. On top of all that, the customer service is great. Couldn't be happier and will be returning as a customer again soon.
Awesome- Reviewed my order over the phone before billing and shipping for correctness. That in itself, is unheard of. (And, I had some conflicts) Definitely will be back to order more for my next project.
I used the 144w Dynamic White tape light for an up lighting project. I’m very happy with the light it produces for the room. The customer service from Solid Apollo was great. Joining the aluminum channel together was challenging, as there wasn’t a product available to connect them. I ended up screwing the channels together with 1/4” all thread. Also, the 4 channel remote doesn’t function in the way I would have liked to use it. That’s not too big of a deal, just requires a little more time to adjust the light. Overall, I’m very happy with the product.
I first wrote a scathing review of the time for my product to show up but as it turns out it was on the shippers end not Solid Apollo. Andrew called me three times to get through to me to explain what has happened and my product showed up the same day. Luckily I was able to edit my review, the dotless LED product is really nice and recommend it anyone who has shiny granite countertops and want to have under cabinet lights.
The website incredibly easy to use to both shop, and get support and technical documentation. Staff made time for me both on the phone and in person at their premises to help me purchase the correct set of products. They happily brought out various products for me to try and see for myself, and made some excellent recommendations (e.g. buy some extra wire, extra adaptors). They know their stuff extremely well. The products are incredibly easy to use, their post-sales support is fantastic, and I will definitely be going back there to buy my next project instead of buying retail off-the-shelf products in the future.
