I had an issue with an expensive neon light string which ended up being defective 13 months after being purchased. Solid Apollo stood behind their 3 year warranty and sent me a new one. That’s customer service.
Wanted to install under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. I found the website a bit formidable so I called the office. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product line and had good recommendations. I installed the lighting and I have to say it's not the easiest to get between the counter top and cabinet bottom but I succeeded and the lighting looks very nice.

Good morning, my name is Norm with economy signs. I would like to let you guys know that I just think it is unfair that in your advertisement for the LED flexible sheets it shows illustrations of the LED flexible sheets which is not what was sent to me. if you can review your LED flexible sheets sent to me the modules are much farther apart than the illustration that showing the LED flexible Sheetz. In my opinion I'm being penalized and tricked for ordering what I thought was what was in the illustration and the product was totally different and I don't see why I have to pay a shipping cost again I had to pay for it to send it back to you now I got to pay again regardless of your policy is just not fair because it was not the same product that was Illustrated on your website. Not only is it not right it's just bad business
1st order was 2 dimmers. 1 failed after 2 months. Order another. Hope it lasts longer

Solid Apollo provides very good customer support. They are supplying good product. The web page is user friendly and it link to needed components. Shipment packaging is good. I had very good experience with this company and their products. I am satisfied with everything except the shipping cost. I hope they can absorb the shipping cost if purchase amount exceed certain amount.
