Excellent customer service.
While the light fixtures received are good quality fixtures, the transformer that was sent did not come with wiring instructions and either did not work or was damaged when installing. If selling to the consumer market is your goal, then even the most basic wiring instructions should be provided to connect the fixtures.
I'm not an electrician but was specifying some cove lighting within a host stand for an interior design project. The item descriptions and explanations for needed components for said lighting systems were so clear and easy to comprehend.
