The guys in technical support were very professional and worked with me for as long as I needed. I have never received service like this from any other company.
I do like the lights I ordered. However, after talking to an agent and discussing what I needed I was not told the company was no longer making the LED Puck lights. Now I am short two lights and need to find another solution to an area of my kitchen,

I have to say this company is Top Shelf. I ordered interior led lighting for indirect lighting behind the crown molding in the basement. The first roll had a defective section. I Called Solid Apollo and spoke with Andrew, who was extremely helpful. He promptly sent a replacement. I would highly recommend this company. They took geat care of me. The most noticeable aspect of dealing with Solid Apollo is the cordial, helpful professionalism displayed in conversations regarding choosing the right component parts to complete a pool deck lighting package. So many products, so many choices, but Andrew knew immediately what was called for. Follow up phone call cleared up my remaining questions and I was easily able to place the component parts order. The package came quicker than expected, was well packed and upon inspection everything looked of good quality. Installation and activation will be soon and I have no doubt the results will meet my expectations. Thank you Solid Apollo.
I use Solid Apollo LED when it really matters. They have a wide array of high quality LED products I've used in Restaurant, Event, Retail installations both temporary and permanent over the past 4 years at least. Their quality control is fantastic, and shipping and processing is always timely. I have had good experiences with customer service, though not regularly since everything usually arrives and runs without issue. Its certainly not the cheapest LEDs out there, and it shows: Consistent color temperature, no burnt out strips showing up, not loosing sleep over issues and repairs. I highly recommend Solid Apollo.

Your company sent exactly what we needed for an install, and it arrived when you said it would. We had to make a very low profile diffused LED strip inside of a MRI machine. Your product did the trick.
