The website is easy to navigate, with instructions to make sure I get the correct size for my mac. It was very easy to proceed with my order and I can see the shipping fee right away even before I had to check out. I like that I received an email from them right away and they also sent another email with the delivery information. The cases came well-packaged and once I saw them, I was so happy!!! Just as I imagined how it would like on my mac and I can say that its really is sturdy and will protect my macbook. It was easy to install and remove, if needed. Love the rubber pad at the bottom too! Sticks on the table and makes sure my mac won't fall of by accident or something. Overall I'm very satisfied and will definitely order again!!!

I have been a Slick Case fan for quite a while, and recently purchased my fourth Slick Case from their official website. When just over a month after receiving the case it began to crack and deteriorate, I contacted customer service and requested a replacement or refund. The case, and its laptop were never dropped or misused in any way, and yet as I was just outside their 28 day warranty period they refused to assist me. Never again. A waste of money.

I've been looking for a MacBook Case for a while, and I've spotted that designs from this site are stolen from other people. I find it really shady and unacceptable.

What a total waste of money. I carefully used it once and stuck my phone on a chrome pole (I had seen clips of it being done just in the same way with this product); it fell off within a minute, slightly cracking my phone. It's a hairline crack but there it is, nevertheless. I then was told that the surface had to be bigger for it to stick properly, so i stuck it to one of my studio mirrors. Again, it all fell off within 30 seconds (and yes, both surfaces were clean, before you wonder). Do not bother, it does NOT what it says it does.

Ok, so just to start off with I was very hesitant to place an order with slick case. I read some reviews of people waiting far longer than they should've for their items or being sent the wrong products. On top of that, a lot of the positive reviews seemed like they COULD have been fake. However, I really liked a few of the designs Slick Case offered so I decided to just go for it. I placed an order for 2 Macbook 13" cases and a transparent keyboard cover. The (free) shipping was estimated for up to 14 days and honestly coming from Hong Kong to me in Australia I thought I'd be waiting at least a month. Immediately after placing my order I got a email with a tracking number which I checked on daily, to my surprise my order was dispatched the day after I placed my order and I received it after about 1 week! The cases seem to be great quality and the prints are clear and eye catching. They are thin and add seemingly no thickness to my Macbook yet are made from a strong plastic. Application was fast and simple, easier than putting on a phone case. There was no 'pushing' or anything to suggest I was scratching my laptop in the process yet they are firmly on and won't be going anywhere. The bottom of the case has the air vent cut outs in the correct placement and I can still open my Macbook up all the way without the hinge being compromised. The keyboard cover is a bit slippery but doesn't effect the use of the keys. All up I'm pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery and the quality of the items, will probably order from them again when I get bored of these designs!

Ordered a case, received a sticker... Hmmm, well I don't know, my English isn't very good. But case and sticker isn't the same, is it? As the support correctly answers, I now notice, that there are two types. So it's my fault, I didn't notice before. What I still criticize is, that you hardly notice, that there are different products.

I ordered a Taupe Marble Macbook Pro case but I received the wrong one. When I asked for the correct one to be redelivered they had the nerve to ask me to send the wrong one back at a very high cost of delivery. I said I was not going to pay more and they finally sent me the "correct" one. To my surprise, the case was again incorrect! I sent an email and they asked again the same request. After having an argument, they said I could choose another case so that's what I did. It took 3 months of dispute and I could not get the case I originally wanted! Very disappointing... I will not use this website again in the future.

Good quality and great designs but only for apple products. It would be better if they could also use brands such as lenovo, Samsung, hp and huawei. Then it would suit everyone's phone/laptop needs.

Disappointed with my case, it does not fit correctly and their customer service is horrible. They will not refund or return my emails.

Lovely MacBook case. I am in love with my laptop again. The case is bright and very light. Perfectly fits the mac. The price is bit higher, but it definitely worth the purchase.

Real Tough man! I dropped my iPhone last week so badly and was surprised to see there was no sign of damage at all. Cant agree more with their drop test.It really works. You gotta get this, if you are like me who always drop his phone :D

Please guys bring more prints jn the marble MacBook case. Anyways I am loving your sleek designs. ***Update: My mac slipped from my hand, the case cracked a bit on the edge but fortunate enough no sign of damage on the laptop itself.

Perfect sleeves for MacBook. I bought it recently and highly satisfied with the product. The zipper is quite strong and looks very premium. The packaging was also nice with the paper inside " Slick, Sleek , SlickCase" This was amazing.
