I ordered a aesthetic black samsung a14 5g back cover with a matching pop socket.The order no. Is 10251. I ordered the product on 28th of March and there is no shipment till now. I already paid money for my order. I think this is a total scam. No one must ever buy any item from this website..

I ordered a bmw case for iphone 14, 5 days ago and it is still in the processing order no is 10066 and i haven’t received any updates regarding the order and the mobile number you have mentioned to contact is also fake it is the no of sirphire website i sent you emails as well but no response worst experience ever

I love their custom cases! Orderd one for myself and had my own design printed onto a macbook case, and another one of their mirror custom case where you can print your name or any text you like. Both of them turned out great especially the mirror case! Delivery was on time and got it on my front door too. I would most likely try their other designs again.

Very bad printing quality. Looks very cheap and low resolution design. Shipping took 10 days additional on what was initially expected

My order arrived promptly. The two cases are exactly as shown online and fit my phone perfectly.

Ordered my purchase on November 30 and have not received anything. I have tried calling and emailing and no customer service is available. Very disappointed.

I would stay well clear of this company. Still not received my purchase and not getting back to my emails!!!! Nearly £200 I have spent.

Ordered a case package as a gift and my friend liked it a lot! The marble design looks real and the case feels premium. It's nice that they come in matching designs. No problem with ordering and delivery

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They don't show images of the real final product, you can notice a graphic designer has just edited a better-quality image on, leaving you HUGELY disappointed when your product arrives

I don’t recommend buying anything from here. I bought a case on sale and they sent me the wrong one. Now, they are telling me I can exchange it, but I’ll have to pay the difference. They made a mistake and I have to pay for shipping which is 20$, a fee for opening the package and the difference. It’s a total rip-off. You’re better off buying a case on Amazon. I found a nicer case for half the price. Plus, if ever something is wrong, shipping is free and the refunds are very quick. I will never buy from slick case ever again.

This is a very bad shop i bought things and i canceled it and they still didn’t get me my money back hate it its very bad service i have emailed them and their support services and they didn’t help at all the order is canceled but still the money aren’t back

It apprived as damaged. it seems it's not the seller's fault but just very unfortunately somehow it came as damaged. the quality is not that superior. So I am returning the item. the cuctomer service is very helpful so I am giving 3 stars.

Case arrived but it’s not the same colour as the photo. I contacted customer support and they offered to refund me 50% and keep the case. Really amazing customer service. The shipping though is extremely expensive

I bought 3 of these for my MacBook Air. All were shipped pretty quickly, but there was an incorrect product. Getting this replaced too many emails, photos and all sorts of mucking around. Now, 12 months later, my lid on one of the covers has a crack through the middle of it. This Mac gets normal use and hasn't been dropped or mistreated (I'm a Mac fan and buying these was to keep them special). It looks like there is no warranty or refund policy. It looks more like a manufacturing defect, or a poore quality product. The image looks great, and they fit well. I'm thinking that the plastic needs to be a little thicker. For the price i was expecting a more premium product. ** Update ** The team at Slick Case have seen my comment here and have come to the rescue. I've been able to share some photos (also happy to send the product back for further investigation) and sending me a replacement.

I had been waiting for my exchange case since 25 Feb 2021 and the shipment is just within Hong Kong. I had tried to call and email and they continue to drag on without giving me the ETA. I am really disappointing at how they handle the whole situation.

The look was beautiful , the fit was great but the smell of the paint/ design on the case top is still so strong a month later I can’t use it. My freind has a different design/ color and it is fine but this one is terrible for 50$+ 😢
