Terrible customer service. Case didn’t fit at all. I’ve been going around and around with them for two months for a refund First they asked for pictures and I sent They offered to replace despite me asking for a refund I asked again for a refund and after offering to replace and seeing the problem asked for more documentation They finally said refund within 10 days. That came and went then offered to escalate for 3-5 days. I’ve been escalated 3 times and no refund Oh their shipping $$$ are ridiculous as well I’ve filed with my credit card. I’m done waiting to them. 3 months
Bought two Macbook Cases, just 1 was delivered, tried to contact by phone and e-mail, but no answer, nothing for weeks. Customer service not exists, now Iam trying to get back my money because I paid using PayPal, be very careful if you're making a purchase in slick case, never use your credit card and expect bad experience.
Hello. I have been requesting a full refund since the day the items were delivered to me. I am tremendously unhappy with the quality of the items. I have sent multiple multiple emails and voicemails with absolutely NO RESPONSE from anyone at Slick Case. I even stayed up late to try to catch them between their only TWO HOURS of phone availability and still sent to voicemail and then again no response. I am very frustrated. I just want to return the items and get a refund please.

I ordered a 13” MacBook Air case and they sent me a 15” one with a label that says 13”. I have been trying to contact via email for days now trying to return it and I’m getting no response whatsoever. I was originally willing to just exchange but I’m disappointed in the quality of the iPhone cover so I’m going to return all of it in exchange for a full refund.

WORST WEBSITE EVER. Takes about a month to ship out items, and when you email them instead of apologising they reply with the most attitude.

Hi just want to check how reliable is this website, I bought a laptop case from slick case but have yet to get my product, the cost isnt cheap but its been a month since I ordered. On the very first email I sent they told me there will be a delay so I accept it however, its been a month and when I email I have not get any response, does anyone experience this? My order came late, and it's not worth the money. I've placed my order in early July, and I've received my purchase only in late August. My issue is not with the delay as I completely understand that the COVID 19 has caused some delays. My issue is that I'm very disappointed with the quality of the products that I've purchased. I've bought two keyboard skins, only one is of good quality, which is quite disappointing. The Macbook case that I've purchased is of poor quality, a total waste of money. The bottom case came with a crack that eventually broke, and for some reason, even if I've bought the right model for my MacBook, the bottom case doesn't fit my MacBook's bottom as it's too small, but the top case fits which is weird. The ink of the top case is bleeding when sanitized with alcohol. The AirPods case that I've bought is okay, but more aesthetically pleasing airport cases can be found on other websites. My second issue with Slick Case is their email response. At first, when I was emailing Slick Case about the delay of shipping, Slick Case would write me back within 1-2 days. As instructed by Slick Case, I've emailed them the proofs of the defective items in order to proceed for a refund (for only the Macbook case and one of the keyboard skin), but now they are no longer replying my emails. I feel that I've been ghosted and scammed. I've waited for a month to receive quite pricey items which are of bad quality, and now I'm not getting any response for a refund. My only advice is, better quality products can be found on other websites with a much better price tag.
I was very happy with the products I received. A MacBook cover, screen protector and keypad cover. Items were just as described . Customer Service is wonderful . They answer all your questions politely and are very helpful . Shipping is also fast that I am impressed
Took a few weeks to arrive due to COVID and they sent us an email warning us about delays, I was more than okay with the delay. I’m happy with their product and it looks good and feels like it’s pretty decent quality 👌 10/10 would buy from again
