They are a scam!!!!!!! We have waited for months for our order and keep getting excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam!!!!!!! Update: Coincidentally, this order arrived the day after this review. We are very happy with the product. The length of time to arrive not so much.
DO NOT ORDER FROM!! DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING!!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! This company is a scam. I paid extra for fast shipping so I could get my order ASAP since I got a new computer. A week later I got an email that there was a “delay.” I asked for a refund. They offered me “free gifts” if I didn’t refund. I said no, I want a refund. They offered to pay back half of the money I paid for expedited shipping (what a load of bs!!). I said NO I want a refund. They said okay, they would process a refund in 7-10 days. Now nearly a month later I’m getting a notification my order has shipped!!!! What nonsense. I’m calling my bank.
I have been trying to exchange a mac book case for 6 weeks now. I returned the case to the company and paid an extra shipping charge for the exchanged product and yet my case has still not been shipped. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and each time I am told it will be shipped within 3-5 days and still no shipping notice!! The shipment isn't even overseas as I am also in Hong Kong. I would think twice before trying to exchange an item with this company. This was a present for my daughter, so unfair. We are still waiting........
I ordered a cover for my iPhone X and a corresponding pop socket. The shipment was super fast. The cover that I chose for my iPhone recalled the fantasy of the colors of the marble with the combined Socket pop. Products of the highest quality, I immediately fell in love with them. The case is light and at the same time protective. I chose to order Christmas gifts right on the slick cases website. The customer service was super helpful in answering me as soon as possible. Will definitely purchase from Slick again!
I got my first Macbook case from Slick Case few months ago. The case is amazing and it takes seconds to fit! I love the design and great quality! The design is not fading and resistant to scratches. I am definitely getting another case as I am in love with all of designes, which are not available anywhere else. I totally recommend Slick Case if you need a product that will last you ages and is also a perfect gift!

I have the wrong size for my mac book. As soon As I realized this, i contacted the company. They asked for pictures and kept stalling so i would be past the 28 day policy they have. Now, they tell me they do not provide a return label and the cost of returning it is on me. I can grantee I will not receive a refund. PayPal was no help in the matter either.
Their phone cases are super nice and and so light! I got mine in time for a trip and it was such a difference from my old case. Also the cases are gorgeous.
The case is great but there is a problem, whenever I wanna take it off and give my macbook a break from having a case on it it's legit impossible I manage to get it off but every time it feels like the screen is gonna snap off.. and one time I took it off the screen was so close to getting snapped off.. thanks so much -_-

I randomly came across slick case and when I saw their beautiful cases I knew I needed one! took me a while to pick though. I couldn't see my MacBook model on the drop down menu, so I emailed customer services who got back to me quickly and added on the model to the menu straight away. I was impressed by the shipping time, I'm in England and it only took 7 days to process and send. The case itself fits perfect and is good quality. I've had so many compliments on how pretty it looks. Id highly recommend them, great customer service and products. :)
Everything else is fine but its a literal struggle to take the case off it nearly snapped the hinges of my MacBook..
