Was able to find what I was looking for, stools are blue to match my kitchen. So often everything is black or grey. They are super comfy as well. I was kept informed about the delivery and they arrived well packaged.

Loved the bar stools really comfortable and good condition. One stool needed lots of adjustment due to unaligned holes. Very sad to write next day delivery did not happen on either order that I placed so very disappointed by this.

A great product at a good price. Delivery was a bit strange, though. SBS claimed "next working day delivery" - a claim which I always thought was a tad optimistic, and so it proved. The delivery came in two shipments; the bases came in 3 days and the rest the day after that. Overall though, very pleased with the product and service.

I had previously bought 4 bar stools from Wren kitchens and one had broken so wanted to get a replacement which looked as similar as possible. This one looked fine on online. It arrived quickly and looked exactly like the picture so I was really pleased. It is a lot lighter than expected and takes me by surprise every time I pick it up! But just as comfortable as the other stools and fits in well.

I bought a couple of lovely red bar stools from Simply Bar stools. Arrived promptly and very easy to assemble. One was slightly damaged, so I contacted the company, received a personal apology (from a person - not a standard email) and a new seat. Was so good that I didn't hesitate to order more.

I ordered three bar stools on a Wednesday with the promise of next working day delivery. The following day I had an email advising of a slight delay but promising that the bar stools should (note should) be sent that day which would mean Friday delivery which was ok. I expected tracking details to be sent to me on Friday morning but by late morning these hadn’t arrived so I contacted customer services and was told they would now be dispatched for Monday delivery. I complained and it was agreed that they would be sent that day for Saturday delivery by DHL. I had a delivery slot notified of 16:10 to 17:10 but DHL simply didn’t turn up without explanation. On Monday morning I contacted Simply Bar stools customer services who followed up with DHL. The stools eventually arrived on Monday evening. So next day delivery morphed into 5 day delivery. During this time I sent emails to Customer Services that weren’t answered although telephone calls were. The bar stools themselves are fine and appear to be as described. Moral of the story is don’t throw away your old stools until the new ones arrive if you order from Simply Bar Stools. If you do you may find like me that you have no kitchen seating for five days.

We bought two and then added another - all three look look great! Short delivery times, excellent quality and very easy assemble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, definitely 5stars!
