The bar stools arrived quickly and in excellent condition. They were easy to assemble and look perfect under my breakfast bar. I already had two of these stools and decided I needed 2 more. I wish I’d bought them from the same batch because they are a slightly different shade of grey, but I think only we would notice. I’m a size 16 and I find them very comfortable. They also provide a cushioned support at the back. I definitely recommend them and the company.

My order wasn't fulfilled. I waited 3 weeks for it to come back into stock. After the 3 weeks, I got a message from DHL to say they were waiting for my parcel, but that was the last I heard. When I rang to find out what was going on I was told that they were out of stock again and I would have to wait 5 weeks. So unfortunately I cancelled my order and was refunded, which arrived back in my bank the next day (which is why I gave 2 stars)

The stools were delivered on time as advised. They are even nicer than the picture. The seats are comfortable and the gas lifts wok perfectly, just what we wanted in our new kitchen

Our stills are perfect they are even than our last attempt. The ones we got have got solid legs and fit perfectly under our island in the kitchen. Will definitely be happy to recommend or purchase again. A* delivery and packaging as well

Very quick from placing order to receiving goods, had a slight problem with one item but got resolved very quick and was kept informed of replacement delivery time.

The stools are nice but the company was let down massively by their after sales service. The initial order for 2 stools was delivered the next day. One was damaged so I phoned and was told to send some photos of the damaged stool, which I did immediately. After getting no response I e-mailed again. I had a reply saying that the photos I had sent were not of one of their stools! I phoned again and the person I spoke to looked at my photos and said they would send a replacement which would take 1 to 3 days. After 5 days and no replacement I e-mailed again. No surprise I got no response, but a few hours after sending my e-mail I had an e-mail from DHL saying they were due to collect my parcel and would update me with the delivery date. It was obvious they had not sent the replacement until I brought it to their attention. I would have much preferred a reply to my e-mail telling me they had forgotten. Overall the customer service has been poor by anyone's standards. Would I use this company again or recommend to friends/family? Probably Not!

My bar stools arrived 9 days after placing my order despite being advised that it would be a free next day delivery. Unfortunately, when they did finally arrive, they had manufacturing defects that meant I couldn't complete assembling them. I requested a refund and I was charged two delivery fees (£30) to return them because they arrived in two separate boxes. I wouldn't want to purchase anything from this website again as my experience with the customer service and quality of the products was quite poor.
