About Ship Sticks

At Ship Sticks, our mission is to make golf travel simpler, easier, and more affordable. In 2019 alone, U.S. airlines collected $5.76 billion dollars in baggage fees, up 18% from 2018. As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

Sent my clubs with ship sticks a week earlier than I needed them to make sure they had ample time. They proceeded to lose my clubs INSIDE Indianapolis airport. I am currently watching my air tag that shows them to be inside the airport. It is 6 days now and they haven’t moved. The customer service guy than says don’t worry we will cover your rentals, new shoes and etc. he sends me an email saying this is up to $200 max. I have 6 rounds in 4 days booked. Are they delusional?

The case was very dirty and handle broken off. I did appreciate their prompt response to rectify the situation.

Driver was broken on one of our two bags. Even though the shipment is insured for $1000, Ship Sticks would not replace the driver, but made us do all of the work to find a person to fix the shaft. Not good business and we will have to think twice about using them again

Clubs arrived a day early. FedEx broke a wheel on my hard case, but Ship Sticks has no control over FedEx

Fabulous experience as a first time user. Seamless process, easy shipping instructions, bought shipping box at Fed Ex prior too, very reasonably priced for a 5 day ground delivery. Clubs and accessories came through with no damage. I am very impressed and will use this company again.

I’ve used this service twice now. Very dependable and my clubs arrived in perfect condition.

Clubs arrived on time in good shape both to and from home. The FedEx office where I picked them up was inconveniently located at a large resort. I was charged a $30 “handling fee” to get them. This was not disclosed when I scheduled the shipment.

Not the cheapest but surely is very convenient. FedEx picks up the clubs at home and delivers them to the place of your choice. No dragging clubs through the airport. No waiting for oversized luggage.

An outbound reservation for M2’s WTA of golf clubs that was supposed to arrive on Feb. 10 or 11 actually arrived on Feb. 7 and we wanted to make sure there were no issues in terms of storing it or possibly sending it back. An online agent was helpful in terms of what we had to do, suggesting we call the FedEx office where it was sent and we learned the clubs will be there when we arrive. We also had to change the return location and the website made that easy.

This was the third time I used Ship Sticks because I didn't have room in my car and I will keep using them because it's so simple and economical.

I was very clear that I didn’t want my clubs to arrive before a certain date. I spoke with a customer service person on the phone in order to select the pick up time accordingly and let her know that they shouldn’t be delivered before a certain date. When I got an email saying my clubs were going to be delivered that day. It was two days before my requested delivery date. I immediately called customer service and after speaking with two different people was told that FedEx was contacted and they were going to hold the delivery. That did not happen. I got another email saying my shipment had been delivered. Fortunately, I was able to find somebody to bring the clubs inside. But this was at a rental house And I had no guarantee that that was going to be possible. I want and need to use the service as I travel for golf often. However, I have had two back-to-back deliveries in which there were problems with the delivery date.
