As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

You dropped my clubs on the ground and there was a deck 5 steps right next to it ruined a great experience with your company also found a used needle under one of the three bags simply pure laziness
Pretty awful experience this time. Was charged $25 to send bags home. Bags arrived and $ had been stolen and bag torn apart. Not alot of money, $40, but come on ship stix. What are we paying for here?
I have used ship sticks five times. Every other time has been good. This time I shipped my clubs from Wisconsin to Florida for a golf trip. When I got my bag open in Florida, my bag was soaked. Completely drenched in water. My shoes were completely soaked in water. My bag was wet. The clothes that I put in my golf bag were completely soaked. it all worked out fine. But I was very disappointed that my bag was soaked with water. In future trips, I hope that this doesn’t happen again. I have told multiple people to use ship sticks, but now maybe I would be hesitant because of the condition of my clubs once I got to Florida.
I use shipsticks couple times of year Co to FL and back, I use economy, they say a week, usually 4 or 5 days!
Service was great! Our Clubs were at the Golf Club ontime and delivered back home within days! Not needing to check our clubs on our flight made getting to our destination a breeze! And having them all ready on the golf cart waiting for us was an awesome touch!! Will definetly use this service again!
I went to Florida to golf and then we were flying to Costa Rica not returning for a couple weeks. I had hear Ship Sticks was a reliable service so I arranged to have the clubs picked up at the friend I was staying with and delivered to my brother. The pickup was spot on and delivery to my brother's a day earlier than projected...well done, Ship Sticks.
I shipped two sets of golf clubs and one set arrived completely wet. They did arrive one day early, which was very nice.

Being a first time user of Ship Sticks, I called and talked with an agent who efficiently talked me thru the whole process. Agent sent all needed instructions/shipping FedEx shipping tags etc. i bought a shipping box at Fed Ex, packed by clubs and took the package to Fed Ex. I was eleted when at destination I found the package where it was supposed to be amd after I completed my need for the clubs, repacked and notifed Fed Ex to pick up the shipment. It waas delivered to my home ahead of time. All in all, a smooth operation.
