As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.
Broken driver upon delivery. Trying to get a refund for the club since I paid extra for insurance but as of right now they are only going to replace the shaft. I’m currently fighting this since the original shaft can only be purchased with the club and unavailable elsewhere. A comparable shaft is not of the same value. Update since I can’t reply to ship sticks follow up. I did get in touch with their claims team and was told there was nothing that ship sticks could do in this situation and that I would get refunded only 81 dollars for a 3rd party shaft. Paid for 1,000 dollar insurance to only get 81 dollars for a 549.00 club

Easy website. Good prices. They use FedEx which I like. My clubs were picked up in NJ at 11:30 am on a Wednesday and were delivered to my brothers house in Port St Lucie, FL on Friday at 1pm. Can’t complain about that. Five star service in my opinion.
The clubs were delivered soaking wet covered in salt brine. The PGAResort in West Palm Beach were so concerned at the condition that they took photos of the box .
What made it great was the fact that I didn't have the airport securing my bag and clubs. I was able to ship them to the course that I would be playing.

All aspects of shipment were timely.
We shipped the clubs from Michigan to Florida to the golf course that we were going to be playing. It was great to go to the golf course and have my clubs already there. They were in perfect condition.
Good: * Ease of use (pick up from home) * Got it there as promised/expected and on time. Bad: 1) packing instructions were confusing and not ideal (despite your efforts to make it so): a) YouTube videos on packing/instructing were clear as mud. b) Shipping label Print outs were not exactly clear as to what to do with each of the pieces of paper - this could be clearer on the actual paper. c) UI of the app was also not clear. The UI should ask: (i) are you shipping in a box or a travel case? And then (ii) do this next.... 2) the requirement for a VERY SPECIFIC luggage tag threw me -- I wish I had known this before I put my order in. I had to drive over to FedEx/Kinkos to get one, which defeated the whole purpose of home pick up. You should offer to send a re-usable luggage tag (or a box of disposable ones) to all your constituents. I wrote to ask for a permanent ShipSticks luggage tag (as suggested on your website), and all your support center said in reply was "too late for this order you're shipping now." Yeah, I know. I meant for NEXT time! 3) I got an email the next day after making my order, and it said, "hey you forgot to include your luggage" -- which threw me, thinking I paid for that....but turns out it was just an marketing upsell. It was wasting my time, and left me more annoyed than inspired. In all, I think the pre-shipping experience needs some work. This was the 2nd time I've used it (my club sent the first one). You guys are great at shipping -- it's the front end pre-work part that needs work.

Ship sticks is the best for sending your clubs to and from your location. It is my favorite way to send. I will be a lifelong ship sticks member.
the is the second time i shipped from my house to Ft Meyers and the second time a new suitcase was broken same as last time the wheel crushed did not expect this again for $500

This was my first time using Ship Sticks and it couldn’t have been easier. From the process of printing the labels, to the pick up day, delivery at my destination, everything was incredibly simple. I don’t know if it is a resort issue or a ship sticks issue but I shipped my clubs to the Marriott at Sawgrass. I paid $150 to Ship Sticks and the FedEx in the Marriott tried to charge me $30 to receive them and $30 to ship them. I don’t know where this problem stems from but it shouldn’t be that way!!
