I bought the butterfly flower box for my wife valentines gift and it did not work as advertised on top of the cake being dry per wifey. I seen the infomercial on my Facebook feed reason for the purchase. Recorded the experience I was hoping to get from the video of others but it wasn't ment to be. All in all highly disappointed with this purchase. The good about my order is it arrived on date given to me at check out.

The presentation was great. When she opened the box, she was very surprised and started laughing and jumping for joy. Everyone that witnessed it really enjoyed it and wanted the information to order one.

We decided to send one of these boxes our daughter who is a freshman in college for Valentine’s Day. They sent it FedEx to NY and the center is around the corner from her university. FedEx is telling them they couldn’t find the address but there is a university post office. Dorms are locked. You would think they would know this. I waited on hold for over 2 hours after work today to talk to someone and they closed while I was on hold. She still doesn’t have her gift. Never again.

Delivered on time and worked perfectly. Mu daughter loved everything about it!

I have responded several times that it was a total disappointment. Several of the butterflies didn't work. Pretty expensive failure.

The bubbles did not work- they just spilled over and did not spout upwards. Very disappointing and too expensive to not work as advertised.

The cake was ok but the fun was in the box! Awesomeness

I've ordered many cakes without issues. But, this time, the batteries were dead. So, the unit needed to have batteries replaced by opening it and disassembling it to replace them. Took the magic out of the experience.

Everything about the experience turned out GREAT! Ordering was easy. The order was a birthday gift for my former College Roommate. We graduated more than 50 years ago. Though we live miles apart, we have stayed in touch all this time. I always try to find her something special and fun for her birthday. She loved it. She said, she opens the box over and over again to hear the Happy Birthday song. And the cake was delicious. The experience of not having to box up the gift and go to the post office will draw me to this gift again.
