The cake was very good. However, the butterflies were a disappointing flop. only two made it about 12 inches in the air the rest fell immediately on the table and lamely flopped around.

Delivery was seven days late. Customer service is non-existent, only available by email promising an answer within 48 hours. Can't recommend, won't use again.

The actual cake was disappointing but she did like the box and the butterflies.

This is my first order. The cake came rancid and not edible. The sugar had turned into a thick slime and when I cut the cake open the inside was WET and smelled like rancid buttercream. We could not even eat the cake. The icing on the Pretzel was so old that it was broken and peeling off. It was a horrible expierience and a waste of $100. On top of that, i sent an email to your customer support and still have not received a response. The cake was not even edible, and the customer service is even WORSE. I will continue sharing my pictures and expierience all over social media and encouraging people on your posts to NOT BUY anything from this company. I will be disputing the credit card charge as well since I have not gotten ANY reply from your company. I work very hard for my money and am offended that after spending $100 on your small company to not even get a reply from customer service. This is a horrible way to do business and Send A Cake should be ashamed.

It's a cute package, but it's definitely not worth the money!!!! It's wayyyyy over priced! I would consider ordering again if they lowered their prices.

My granddaughter was thrilled with the Disney princess cage box and I paid extra for the song which was well worth the cost, especially for all the hugs and kisses. My daughter was amazed. Thank you

Okay I’ll go to point I was not impressed with this item I took it as a music box like I seen on the website I was thinking it would play a song on valentine day but I was not satisfied all that came out was a piece of paper on the left side right side had to pull up and it didn’t attach plus no music as quote thinking it was a music box not what I paid for $46.26 that’s why I was confused and upset not like the other order I placed this one threw me off big time thank you.
