I did my apprenticeship with Clare and started at a small freight forwarder with 0 experience in freight and in the working world. Clare's approach to teaching prepared me and guided me through a tricky transition faze in which i grew as a person and as a professional more then i would have seen possible in such a short period of time, i had to change companies mid way through the apprenticeship and went to a much bigger freight forwarder, once again the transition faze was made easy for me by Clare's guidance. while at my second forwarder i was able to hit new heights and ended up winning an employee of the month award while studying hard on my course. all of this success is part of what makes Clare great for me, the difference maker when it comes to Clare is that on top of her ability as a coach she has the ability to make you laugh and show you every session how much she cares about your life outside of work, she will remember a detail from months ago that you tell her and she will ask you how things are going. it sounds small, but the human element to her coaching is what takes her to the very top level. i would highly recommend Clare as a coach and i hope others get to experience what i have.

This has helped me learn the different coaching methods for my L4 Operational Delivery. I found my academic coach to be lovely, caring and understanding who has supported me through this qualification.

I have been completing a L5 apprenticeship with Seetec for over a year now. The content has been interesting and I have enhanced my understanding of different topics that can be applied to my role. At times the course has been unorganised, making it difficult to stay motivated and focused.

I Have been studying with Simon at Seetec over the past year. I am completing the Team Leader L3, this course has help me look at myself and help me to become the best Line Manager I can be. I took the ILM Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders course in 22/23 and found it an excellent course to take, if you want to take that next step up into management. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to move into management or is already in the role, but feels they could improve. My course leader was Simon Astbury and he was an excellent course leader and coach. With the help of the course, I am now moving into a management role, so the skills and knowledge I have learnt during the course, will be a huge help.

I have been studying for the ILM Team Leader Apprenticeship with Simon Astbury. Simon has been brilliant in leading the course and is always available to answer any queries that I may have. He is insightful and engaging and keeps the flow of the course moving along. He also keeps it enjoyable.

My tutor Kaliea has managed to pick up a caseload halfway through the course and provided me with great support to catch up with overdue assignments on my level 4. it has been a great experience for me as i have learned so much from this amazing opportunity.
