The company was very helpful and there was no lies involved at all and no pushing to try and set you up with a job you really don't want

My SeetecPluss -Restart Employment Advisor, Lisa Duly, is highly professional and respectful towards me and my individual situation. She is incredibly supportive, always communicative and her responses to my queries and requests have always been prompt and very helpful. The support, guidance and range of opportunities being made available to me by Seetec exceed any expectations I had. I am very appreciative of the nature and quality of the service I am receiving from Seetec, and am confident that the support I am receiving will enable me to make a full transition to a new career.

My experience with the service was valuable to me it helped me move closer towards me getting work. My time was excellent with my advisor they helped me through anything I might need along the way always there when I needed some help or just wanted an answer on something. At the end of my time with them I unfortunately haven't yet found any work but most importantly they really did give me that more positive feeling that I will find work very soon. I just want to say thank you to everyone at the service, they are all very helpful and always willing to help what ever one wants to know. And a special thank you for Amy my advisor, she was brilliant as I say always willing to help.

When I joined the program at Seetec, I felt overwhelmed by the prospect of returning to work. I didn’t know where to start or how to begin organising my approach. My Employment Advisor carefully evaluated my situation and determined which support would meet my particular needs. I was offered a variety of resources, including workshops to help build confidence and take practical steps towards employment, as well as one-to-one wellbeing sessions to improve my mental health. The dynamic team were able to adapt their support as my needs changed and provided encouragement and motivation to help me achieve my goals. I have left the program with direction and purpose and a renewed confidence in my personal and professional abilities.

I was really nervous and Leon reassured me and put me at ease. He has helped build my confidence up and has taken my disability into account when needed. Leon from Seetec has been there every step of the way when I have the daunting task of retraining at 56! Leon has supported me totally and been Brillant with guidance when needed.

Zenna at Seetecplus was really kind and supportive to me and understood the nature of my disabilities really well. She supported me back into work and I never felt any pressure from her or any impatience. I also enjoyed the interview skills session and this helped me feel much more confident as I'm 60+ years old and feel less employable due to age and disability. Zenna at Seetec interacted with me in such a way that I felt I still had something to offer employers. Each Seetec session was enjoyable and not onerous to do.

Great support. Fantastic at giving confidence and practical support with CVs and covering letters. A brilliant confidence-booster with information about how to advocate for yourself as someone with a hidden disability. Highly recommended

Dear fellow reviewers, The rudness and unprofessional approach towards me from higher up has been disgusting, not what I expected from a government service. I have decided to publicly review my experience so far as well as completing a formal complaint to the associate director. If you would like your experience known to the world please contact me, unfortunately it is not permitted to leave contact details here. "You can find me Meta approved on Facebook, Chrystal Elizabeth". My advice to you, record everything to cover your back. I felt bullied and intimated by a manager a member of staff. I was told that 'I'd imagined not getting a telephone call, even when I could back up No call took place with screenshots of call log history. When I started defending myself, was when the bullying began it's like having a government organisation with a clear vendetta against you. Kind regards Chrystal

This is the official Seetec page.  Please, participants, stop signing paperwork and consent contract forms. Quote "GDPR."This is where they have full control over you and abuse your personal data. Sharing with third parties job interviews billions of miles away, threatening messages or sanctions, e.g., no public transport, etc., just to claim the job outcome payment and courses with companies like Serco, all dodgy government contracts tied to them that how these providers earn money if you did sign withdraw immediately, ask your advisor for the consent forms once again, quote GDPR, exercise your rights, you will not be sanctioned restart providers fall under the 3rd party company act work coach, and DWP doesn't have a say on this.  By keeping to your UC work commitments by seeking your own work and work experience and studying in college under your own terms,. For any jobs they want you to forward, ask them to send you an email with the details you will apply for on your behalf, and show evidence to your advisor if required. This way, you remain under full control. I did this for 10 months, turning up to my mandatory appointments in and out of 10 minutes at maximum zero pressure, showing all my own job applications, and remaining in college while doing my course and seeking myself work experience at my own pace. The first two months were hell on earth with my consent to share, with 3rd parties putting forward jobs miles away at 4 a.m. once withdrawal consent forms, all back to normal.  I did give them a chance, but I didn't like their aggressive, condescending approach and their threatening sanction behaviour towards a job at 4 a.m. without allowing me to explain. My reasons: no public transport; the advisor didn't take the answer; no only wanted yes or maybe held me. At gunpoint over the phone. Seetec lost so much funding from me that I didn't take any courses or jobs from them. Maybe take a look at the advisors you employed and train them up to a standard level. I did find that the two sales advisors yes sales advisors checked them out on LinkedIn. I had were terrible at communication skills and no people skills no empathy no duty of care. They were very good at talking down to you in a very condescending way. This scheme has so much potential—all bad negative feedback all down to advisors actions.

PROTECT YOUR CREDIT - SIGN NOTHING So, I my advisor was actually alright. No major negatives toward him apart from perhaps trying to trick me into signing the forms on my first meeting when potentially claiming for travel expenses. The lassy next to him was having a lovely chat with a girlfriend about weekend plans, a phone call I would have taken away from my desk if my desk partner had a client so I lowered my expectations considerably. I sacrificed the bus fee for my first appointment and advised the job centre that although I attended the first meeting I did not feel that Seetec could help me and also that I did not sign up to their services. The jobcentre must refer you if you are long term unemployed, but that does not mean you must sign up to the services of said QUANGO. If you sign their paperwork, you are agreeing to their terms of service, which will unlikely be helpful and hinder you further. I am still applying for work but no negative affects to my UC Sorry Seetec - do not pass go & do not collect your £3,000.
