Since Kaliea took over as my assessor I have found the support, guidance and learning she offers to be exemplary. After a rocky start to my apprenticeship learning, Kaliea has been a breath of fresh air, I am enthused about completing the qualification now and feel a renewed sense of excitement at gaining the qualification.

the presentations are really well build. The guidebook is extremely interesting and contains everything you need to know to perform well in the course. The course makes you push yourself into learning on the job what you learned during the presentations. It's challenging, pushes you beyond your limits but all in a fun and playfull way.

Its the personal touch isnt it...you treat people like human beings and invest in their sense of self worth compared to other organisations who may or may not relish stripping the plebs of their last remaining piece of dignity.

I can only speak of my own experiences. The staff at Seetec Plus are friendly, understanding and very supportive. The only time they are more strict is to help you

Job coach was great in motivation and coaching, helped with CV a lot, the atmosphere in general is very supportive

Ian was always very helpful, finding me courses that would enhance my cv. He understood my anxiety and lack of confidence and really encouraged me. Even though I wasn’t able to find a job, I definitely feel that I am on the right steps now having done some relevant courses. All of the staff at Seetec were really lovely and helped me gain some much needed confidence.

I am in L5 education program for last 4 months period and my experience is good till now. Good start and ongoing program with assignments and workshops. Very good resources & guidance for each topic and workshops are being managed by a very good tutor. It really adds value for personal improvement and to the business. Thanks for all 👍

Caroline was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was really nervous to start with and she helped build my confidence in such a friendly way . She helped in every way she could and gave lots of constructive advice which helped lead me to a career I love .

Nick Bard and his team made achieving a paid role a pleasurable experience rather than the previous stressfull chore and made me feal a hopefull, valuable and employable individual rather than the feeling of being a neglected person on a conveyor belt of inevitable employment failure. Excellent support which I find much needed very professional and kind. Without this I would struggle to improve my skills which I need to, in order to progress. Mr Noonan has been excellent with the support and guidance he has given me. My support is ongoing a big thank you from me. I now add, this help seems to waiver whether this is due to payment schedule from powers at certain points I feel lack of personal understanding and a going through the motions. We shall see !!!!

The lady I deal with Michelle Keable is fantastic she is very helpful. She has already aided in me gaining 2 interviews. The website is great also as it has a great deal of helpful tips and assessments.

Outstanding help, support and kindness, from Wells, especially Debbie, Ali and Amy. They have helped me soooo much over the past year. Very kind, supportive and informative ladies. There is very good supportive help to talk about problems. One to one support is very much needed....everyone has different needs in dealing with their anxiety. Sometimes people find it difficult working in groups of people they don't know.

Seetec is really helpful

I had good experience with restart program my work coach she was very helpful and understood my situation and health issues. She was really nice person I’m thankful to her, for being so helpful and supportive and kind human being. She understood my problems well and always supported me through hard times. A much more positive experience than the job centre,the staff go out of their way to be helpful and you feel you are getting somewhere.
