Seetec have been very supportive, provided great advice on looking for work. My Seetec worker, Charyse, was amazing. She really understood my situation and made suggestions based on what I was able to do. I would highly recommend Seetec as they are up to date with the latest challenges in the job search market. They will help you.

The company needs to have more consistency by not changing the advisors too much.

My coach at Seetec gave me the leap in confidence to pursue potentially lifechanging advice, such as diagnosing my autism, and looking over my general mental health, which the jobcentre failed in doing.

Seetec accompanied me with an amazing work coach called meena. Not only did she support me with many things she also belived in me & reassured me how employable I am. Furthermore, she always reminded me not to give up until I reached my goals. Words can’t describe how much she has helped me throughout this process, she is a diamond & I highly recommend the re start scheme for anyone who is having trouble finding work.

After an extended period of unemployment I was referred to the Restart scheme, while initially I didn't have a lot of luck, but after speaking with my new work coach Adam Serpant everything really started to turn around for me. He has always been very considerate towards my specific needs and disabilities, speaking to me as a geniune person instead of just another case file. Within no time at all I found myself back in work in a fantastic position that really fulfils what I was looking for, and the support I received from Adam through the whole process, before, during and after the interview and eventual start of the new job has been precisely what I needed every step of the way!

When I was first told about being referred to Restart, I didnt hold any high hopes of upto date support. After my first 2 meetings with my work coach Jess Harris. My hopes and motivation took a great turn around. With my self motivation a great support I had 3 job offers at one time, And accepted the best one at the time. I was supported with my interview clothes and travel and while being employed, Restart got me FLT licence on a short course which now gave me more drive to keep moving forward with my future. I can not thank Jess Harris and her team for actually doing their job and supporting people. Restart should be national to help better the people of Britain. Please and your local job centre if you attend one for a referral. Best of luck to the Restart team in Redditch.

An extremely friendly and caring individual which supported me throughout my job searching, through both professional and personal situations. They gave me a lot of support throughout and were making clear and fair suggestions for next possible steps in my search. A really friendly environment which welcomed me to the organisation and made me not overwhelmingly pressured. I think that cooperation and being open minded with them is key to get the most out of them and what they are trying to achieve.

The one in Dublin, Swords is absolutely ridiculous. Constant harassment through text and post. Threatening to cut my payment. Disgusting behaviour. I have signed nothing. My government has given them all my data without consent. This place is an actual circus and needs to be shut down. What do seetec even do. Sweet f*** all.Q

I have not perceived any interest in my actual needs or my situation. I am simply told that I am not meeting their expectations, but their expectations are not based on any kind of statistical analysis, they are instead goals based on Seetec's own numbers. I get the impression that I am just a number and my role is to be on their books so that they can claim money from the government. The office that I attend is small and the desks are too close together, no conversation is personal or private and even when I have asked to go somewhere more private, I was ignored and told not to worry about it. Even if I choose to ignore their communications they keep booking appointments, calling, sending SMS messages, even going so far as to sending me snail mail. Seetec is meant to be taking the stress off the Job Centre but all I see is a company that doesn't care about its clients and simply wants to make money regardless of whether they can add value or not. A complete waste of public money and the country would be better if this company did not exist. EDIT: There is another Seetec listed on trustpilot which is also about this company and it is full of bad reviews but Seetec will not take ownership of it and instead started this company profile, to try and whitewash their public perception. I do not buy your faux sincerity and will not be filling out your form, which is just a way of trying to get my contact details. This form only asks five questions and three of those are about my contact details. You can get all the feedback you require from this public forum. I am sure that you would much prefer me to complain on a private form that the public will never see and so reviews like this can be swept under the carpet. For another opinion look at Seetec's emploee reviews on Indeed, Glassdoor, Simplyhired, etc. On all these websites it is easy to spot the real reviews from the fake ones, Seetec is not below posting fake reviews, they have been caught by the DWP in the past for inflating figures. You barely have to scratch the surface with this company before you start to see how dirty they are.
