I have ordered quite a few products from Security For Bikes in the last year, since getting my 1989 BMW K100RS. An excellent website for advice and great products. Communication and advice has always been excellent. After sales care is second to none, so helpful and eager to assist. I was extremely sad to learn of the decision to close recently. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steve, David and all the staff who have helped me and wish them all the best for the future. A great company and people.

I’ve used Pragmasis before and my experience with buying items from them has always been excellent. This order maintained the same (very) high standard. I was kept informed, the order was dealt with very promptly and the delivery was really quick too. The packaging was well chosen…. Sufficiently strong to cope with the weight of the contents but not wasteful. Top marks all round and this is a company that I highly recommend and have done so to friends who have been similarly impressed with their purchases.
Excellent service from Pragmasis. I had ordered the 11mm 1.2m chain but the item was out of stock. David at Pragmasis emailed me to tell me so and offered to upgrade me to the 1.5m at no extra cost or to cut down the 1.5m chain to 1.2m. I chose the free upgrade. The chain arrived the next day. It was very well packaged and the chain and protective sleeve looks awesome. Many thanks David and Pragmasis for your help in this matter.
Great lock - sensible price and quick delivery
The decisive factor was quality, according to SoldSecure. It took some time for the items to arrive through customs in the Netherlands. First impression is very good. Meets expectations. If it works as well as the chain with padlock weighs, it will be fine.
first time that i have used Pragmasis and i have been really pleased. perhaps the only area for improvement would be to offer free postage at a lower total spend? other than this, top job!
Although to be fair for DPD there was no one in when they called and all neighbours were out also and even with some confusion with several personal factors conspiring...my fault for not being there....
