They provided me detailed information about the shipping partner, when the order would be picked up, and when to expect the parcel. Second order in 4 years with this company. Ordering has been flawless, from navigating the website to paying, the continuous communications post order and next day DPD delivery. The item ordered this time (Torq Maxi Ground Anchor) was carefully packaged, complete with instructions and guidance with industry leading best practice. All this plus Sold Secure Diamond (the best) and the ability to fit multiple chains simultaneously for under £80? Good luck finding better, I certainly can't ..beyond paying for armed 24/7 security or parking in a police station/prison! Full confidence and I sleep that much better knowing I'm giving my motorbikes the best chance against sticky fingered pond life.

Website, with talk through videos, is excellent. No nonsense, knowledgeable, understands the customer. I emailed a query before ordering. This was answered quickly, helpfully, and suggested a cheaper option for me. In fact I may come back and spend more, and I appreciated the honest help rather than hard sell. From placing order to delivery was faster than I expected. I was very pleasantly surprised (actually amazed) that you could supply 4 keyed alike locks so quickly. The DPD app told me the 1hr delivery window, and notified me when 30 mins away, and just a few mins away. Useful for me. The locks have a really good feel. They feel well engineered and very solid. All family bikes now secured and any of us can lock or unlock with the same key.
