Great products and great communications
I bought the 1.8m titan 25mm chain / squire ss80 bundle plus the Torc mega ground anchor. The perfect purchase for the most extreme security need/paranoid owner. Not for the faint hearted and the best quality you can buy. The links are bigger than a tin of beans and will make even your biggest mate blush just looking at it. This setup will stop any opportunistic ‘borrowers’ and even the more organised & prepared ones in their tracks. Don’t kid yourself and think you can travel with it on the bike, this is a single location security measure (30kg). The chain is finished nicely in black and has a removable/replaceable weather cover for when it gets worn out in the years to come. The squire ss80 is a solid lump, well made and also confidence inspiring. Remember to go for the Torc mega and not the torc maxi ground anchor if buying the 25mm chain due to the link size (This is recommended by the supplier also). The ground anchors come with your choice of fixing methods depending on location for application when ordering as well as the correct size drill bit. These anchors are so good I’ve now got 3 of them, 1 mega & 2 maxi. Fast shipping via DPD within 2 days with accurate updates and quick delivery to suit me as a customer. Keep in mind the package weight, this was a 30kg load split into 2 parcels, your local delivery driver will love you. Communication from the team ahead of the order being shipped is great, a personally written email with updates, advice and signposting is a great touch in this automated world of online shopping. It adds that extra bit of customer service that we don’t ask for but do appreciate. You can also reach out at any point with any questions and they are very helpful and responsive. Overall a service and products to be proud of. I am recommending to all my fellow riders. P.S. for those considering what to secure a trailer, caravan or other movable object with a tie point then this would be a choice item to secure your pride and joy with.

Ordered a Torc Mega ground anchor and was so impressed with it I ordered a 19mm Protector chain and a Roundlock. Not cheap but quality costs and together they provide serious security for my motorbike. Service from Pragmasis was also first class, orders placed in the morning and delivered by DPD next day.

Thanks for a simple ordering process, a quick and efficient despatch/delivery and, most of all, for a very solid bit of security equipment. I see a few comments about the masonry bit supplied in the kit not being adequate but I found quite the reverse. The bit is very good quality and more that "man-enough" for 4 x 95mm deep holes. I did use a mains drill [rather than a battery one] but it is a budget brand, the like of which many householders would have at their disposal. All in all, the quality [and heft] of the anchor gives a great deal of confidence in the system. Whilst no security system is 100% thief-proof, your Torc Maxi gives me the confidence to believe any attempts at theft would be too much trouble for the local "borrowers" and they'd go looking elsewhere for easier opportunities.
I bought a shed shackle to protect my new ebike. The information on the website is great and the team answered a question I had very rapidly. The quality of the shackle itself is super, and just the idea is pretty unique and clever. Installing was easy, about 30mins with basic DIY skills. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.
I called Pragmasis direct and spoke to a gentleman call Dave. He was extremely helpful and once my order was send via the website I received the items the nest day. I bought a ground anchor, chain, and Padlock. They weren't cheap. However, the quality of the product is second to none and is a well worth investment. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying an excellent security product to give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.
