Received my order and found a padlock missing. Emailed and received a prompt reply and the missing padlock was sent the next day. Very good service and very good products (shed shackle, HS1 hasp and padlock). Very clear instructions for installation of all items. Will definitely use them again.

Having done some research online I found many reviews pointing me to use pragmasis products, and although their website could use abit of upgrading to appear a little more fluid, once you look into it they're very detailed in what they offer, any quiries I had I emailed about, and they got back to me mostly within the hour and was very knowledgeable, clearly knowing what they're on about. Bought 4 items in total from them. And the quality is very plain to see when you get them, would very much recommend paying that little more for the quality and personalisation of items ( chain lengh, noose end, dlock length) overall I am extremely impressed, and already have recommended them to my close friends. Will definitely look to this company when I need anything motorbike security related in future.
