Seated sent me notice to a Beach Boys concert in Phoenix, whereas Ticket Master failed to do so. Very helpful, would not have known about the concert without the Seated email.

Customer support is the face of any company and when I had to 'chat' today I thought I would be going down a rabbit hole. Bit when I had a real person respond promptly I was amazed but still skeptical. Danna was perfect! The epitome of what customer service experience should be. She was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely an asset to your team. Kudos Danna!!!

Very good when it comes to only sending notifications about artists I'm interested in. Plus the notifications are timely and take me to the exact website to purchase the tickets I'm looking for.

What is great about seated is that I am able to get the information on the artists that I am interested. I don't get overloaded with information that I don't want. Great service that allows me to purchase tickets for events that I am interested in.

I ran into issues transferring tickets. Not only did they respond on a Saturday with support for the transfer, but they were even available by text when they venue became extremely uncooperative regarding the transfer. They reached out Monday about the incident, and eventually issued a full refund. I can't recall customer service like this in ages. So pleasant and so available. Thanks again !!

Unnecessarily strict policies regarding refunds. My friends and I bought early access tickets before general tickets went on sale and within 24 hours found out about a family event and sent our cancellation request immediately. They did not reply until 12:00 the following day (long after their hours of operation) and stated they had “already processed the transaction” and therefore could not issue a refund. I understand if it were a week before the concert but this is MONTHS in advance (3 months to be clear), and they are not willing to transfer the tickets or refund. This is unreasonable in my opinion

I signed up for presale tickets and the alert with password came 26 minutes AFTER the sale had started. The password provided didn't work once I did get in. 4 of us trying to buy tickets and the password was an issue for all of us!

Seated's support line actually works! Alexandra was instrumental in resetting my cell number after I got locked out of Seated's presale options due to a problem with my cell carrier, T-Mobile. As result, I was now able to successfully sign up for the presale of Dead and Company tickets. I honestly must applaud her for not only reading my email complaints fully, but actually acting on them. In my eyes, this speaks volumes for Seated as a company. Just to be heard, for such a basic yet critical problem, during this time of AI bots and auto replies was very, very appreciated! And to be heard and replied to in a timely fashion was also crucial. If they keep this up, they'll teach Ticketmaster a Master Class in how to treat customers properly. Thanks! RM

I signed up to Seated for notification of gigs from artists I want to see but often am too late to get tickets. Notifications are great - not loads of spam either ;)

Despite saying that tickets would arrive 48 hours prior to event they arrived less than 24 hours before and customer service was shocking but they arrived eventually
