Thanks for the Pentatonix notification. They are a difficult group to get tickets to. Additionally, they are not in my area very often. I purchased tickets based on their notification service.

Seated is a nice social media site that let's me subscribe to updates from dozens of small and medium bands. These bands rarely come to my home city so the updates I get (newly scheduled concert) are just what I want to get.

It's nice to not have to remember when an event is close by and with Seated, I don't have to worry about it.

Seated is keeping me up-dated on the artists I like and where they are playing in the areas that I am interested in. Thanks Seated!

Tried to purchase tickets on this website during a pre-sale. There were multiple different screens on which I had to enter my information, the final of which was a screen that would send a 4-digit code to my phone. The code was never sent to my phone and I missed out on my opportunity to purchase the tickets. When I reached out to customer service I received a generic form response that made it clear the support person hadn't even really read my email. I really hope this company dies out soon so I don't have to be forced to purchase tickets through their crappy system again.

I'm so grateful that I got a notification that a fav band is touring again! I'll come back and add to this if I'm able to get tickets- fingers crossed!

I love this app! I get notified of concerts and events before the tickets go on sale so I have the opportunity to get great seats!

I always felt like I was missing out on concerts. Now I get the notifications before everyone else. Just scored 3rd row tickets to Judah and the Lion!

This means I know where my favorites are playing and get notified with time to get good tickets. I wouldn't have known the shows were added without it

Got notification of a nearby event added by my favorite band that I may be able to attend and I was notified almost immediately after Home Free posted it. Makes it easy to follow their schedule. I like that.

My card info was also leaked immediately after I made a purchase through this site. I hardly ever use this card and it’s still in investigations, but I would suggest you beware of this company.

These guys are pros. I reached out to get my Tix swapped from Saturday to Friday and I had a rep reach out quickly and handle everything for me - I didn't have to do anything (looking at you, Max). 10/10 would recommend

Great idea, great company. I'm now getting alerts for shows that I was missing right and left. This is a no-brainer for anyone that loves music.

Had my card info stolen the day after putting my cc in for a concert presale! I hardly use this card and keep a very close watch on all my transactions. Then because of this website, my card was shut off due to fraud!! And on top of all this, seated is going to send over the tickets to axs, when I could have just saved a step by purchasing the concert tickets through axs. What a waste of time and untrustworthy website! Never using again.

I will be completely honest - my initial opinion of Seated was not good. I had signed up for a fan presale for a concert I wanted to see next year. Got the email, got the presale code and reminder - I was ready to see one of my favorite bands! Then the tickets went on sale - I was able to login with the presale code, but then it asked for a verification code that was sent to my phone. I repeatedly tried to use the code and it never worked, kept saying invalid code. Tried resending code - no luck. Eventually it told me my phone number was invalid - which, well, that’s a new one! I thought there’s no way now I’ll ever get tickets to this show now and I was bummed. I then reached out to Seated when I thought all hope was lost and I have never been so pleasantly surprised by the customer service and support I received! The agent was extremely nice, apologized for the inconvenience, and then helped me navigate the issue until I was able to reserve my tickets! I’ve spent decades working in customer service and I know how difficult that world can be. I’m unsure of who helped me (no name was given) - but I’d just like to thank them for not only saving the day, but doing so in the most professional and courteous way possible!

I love that I can choose which artists I want info on if they are performing near me! This is a great app and I just scored some great concert tickets for November! Could not be more excited! Thanks @seated.com!
