Pretty horrible. Got into their queue then to get ticets then it asked for a code. Put in a 4 digit code i got when I signed with them for this dhow. Didn't work. Went through their emails and texts and there was no oher codes. Of course missed the tickets. Useless company. Should have gone directly through Ticketmaster. Don't have any idea why they exist at all.

Terrible that you require login through a one time code through text/sms every single time and you get an error 90% of the time.. The code provided for an artist fanclub presale is invalid.

I was very happy to receive advance notice about tickets going on sale for an artist I'm interested in. It made it a lot easier than having to constantly be checking the artist's website or what was happening in local venues. They also made it easy to sign up to be on the Artist Presale list. I suspect I'll go see more music as a result and not just regret having not gone when I find out too late that I missed out on tickets.

I love this solution so much. It keeps me informed before tickets go on sale for all of my favorite bands. My only problem is I wish less people knew about this so I can stay ahead of the game!

Seated was the first of my apps that notify me when my favorite bands playing in my area. The band announced the tour and within 5 minutes had sent me a text and email telling me.

I love finding out when my favorite artists are going to be near me, and Seated does it better than any other service I've used.
