I'm so thankful I signed up because being in school means loads and loads of work, leaving no time to actively watch for tickets for all the bands I like. The emails show me which band has an upcoming concert near me, and with the little down time I have I can go to so many more now!

GRATEFUL Seated reached me with important, actionable, time-sensitive concert information, delivered accurately, clearly, and directly so that I was able to respond immediately, and secure prime seating to a very special event featuring a major international star. It quickly sold out, and without Seated's notice I likely would have missed what was a rare opportunity to see this performance in an extraordinary setting. A solid 5 Star service.

Great, easy way to be notified about concerts in my area! One of the few apps that I would allow to send me stuff via SMS, never got anything I did not sign up for.

Seated gets me advance notice of Artists I support who will be appearing in my area. I've been able to get tickets to events I would not have been able to without Seated. Me likey!!

Have loved my experience w/Seated so far. Great way for busy ppl to keep track of live music in their area! I'm always kinda leery of signing up for apps that send SMS notifications because I fear a ton of text-spam, but I've been on Seated for 4-5 weeks now without any increase in spam. From what I can tell, they send one notification when an event is announced and then another one about a week before the event date. So, not a ton of reminders or anything, not annoying at all. Very impressed.

Great and useful site. Signed up a few days ago for email alerts for concerts I want to see. Got an alert for one already. Haven't gotten any Spam or anything.

Constantly sending me text messages. The instructions online to stop this are inaccurate. They have no online mechanism to easily stop messages and no instructions at all to delete my account, the only way is to call or log a ticket. Shady company making it as difficult as possible for customers to leave them.

If I could give them no stars I would certainly would. When ordering my tickets (on the artists webpage I might add) I didn’t even notice that I was just pre-ordering tickets and not actually ordering tickets. Now I’m in a merry-go round with this useless company because they never sent me my tickets (I’ve been in contact with them for a little over a week - the event is tomorrow) and they won’t issue a refund and instead tell me to try the box office and if they’re not there then I guess it’s tough luck. They don’t offer helpful customer service just more scammers to tell you they can’t do anything. If they couldn’t do anything in the first why make this company????????

They said the tickets would be transferred 2 weeks prior. It's 5 days before the concert and now they say contact them if they're not transferred 2 days from showtime while blaming the venue. This turns a stress reliving day off, into more stress.

I tried to join the waitlist for ticket sales but couldn't get past entering my (UK) phone number as I just got a generic, unhelpful error message. The FAQ page didn't answer the problem and I'm unwilling to fill in a long customer service form. I'm assuming UK phone numbers aren't recognised despite the system allowing you to select your country. I work in content design and this is such a basic fix. Allow different phone number formats, tell your users what the error is instead of leading them to a long FAQ page, and don't force them to fill in lots of details on a form to get an answer. You've lost a potential customer very quickly.
