Ordered a pair of shoes instore on Sunday, delivered at midday Tuesday. Pretty good service.
Purchased bag for grandchild on line .sent out with security tags on. So now i have to return. Idoits.
V poor service, paid for next day delivery and nothing showed up. Had to chase and was refunded delivery cost but still no shoes.
Useless. Used evri to deliver my parcel, delivery driver handed my trainers to some random person who was stopped outside my house in a car never to be seen again. Emailed both evri and schuh and was completely ignored by both of them
Absolutely terrible! Will only refund me onto a Schuh gift card! I needed a new pair of boots but due to having wide feet and a bunion forming I knew I had to try the shoes on. The UGGS I liked were new and none of the stores had stock but their website said I could order them online and return them if needed. I spent £100 on a LOVE2SHOP voucher and the rest in cash. The shoes did not fit so I returned them. Upon checking my refund, they have refunded me onto a Schuh gift card. Where I had over 20 stores to choose from where to spend my £100, I am now forced to spend this month with Schuh... I have spoken to customer service who "can't do anything to help me". Absolutely appalled that I HAVE TO spend my money with this company now....!
Scam artists! Beware. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and only 1 pair turned up. They basically called me a liar and said that both pairs were delivered. When asked to provide proof that they posted 2 pairs and to check their system, they ignore me and say case is closed. I’m out of pocket £159! Will never buy from schuh again.
Ordered my grandson Nike high tops online in the black Friday sale. They were too small so I returned them to Blackburn store. The next size up we're out of stock but they were sent to my house postage paid and at the same sale price. Fantastic service 👍👍
I ordered some shoes the other day. Received an email from UPS yesterday saying my Schuh delivery will be delivered on Wednesday (tomorrow). It was actually delivered today while I wasn't at home. Because I wasn't here UPS have just left it at a random shop, not delivered to my address as requested. Maybe Schuh should choose better delivery partners! I requested my order to be delivered to my flat, not a shop that's not even close by!
I would not even give 1 star,i purchased a item on Black Friday,the package has been apparently delivered on not the allocated time slot i arranged to a unknown neighbour,Customer Services are extremely poor you do not actually get to talk to a person,all through wassap automated messages,still waiting for a outcome of where mypackage was actually delivered,would definitely not be using this company again
Thieves!!!!! I returned a pair of children’s Kickers. I have emailed and spoken to 8 different customer service agents! Yes 8! Over the course of 2 weeks they have given me every single excuse possible to tell mw that they cannot locate my order when I have images and delivery notifications stating return received and processed……I have. NOT been refunded. I have supplied all of the information possible. Screenshots of my bank and credit cards. Receipt that was inside the order. Images of the shoes sent back. No refund processed. They keep telling me I have been refunded for a completely different order that I didn’t receive in April! The customer services are incompetent and damn right useless and Thieves! They have taken the shoes and kept my money! The last customer service agent that I spoke with Devyn didn’t contact management or forward my concerns to them as requested. I had to ask twice for their name and they were not helping at all. They just kept repeating they refund for irrelevant order from April! That I never received either!
Order two pairs of trainers of Schuh for next day delivery on 30/11/22 on tracking it stats it been at the delivery depot for over 24hr no messages of when it’s going be delivered
On the first attempt, my purchase was debited from my account but when I spoke to Schuh, they told me there was no such transaction existed and that I would be refunded. Fine. Then I attempted to purchase the shoes for a second time, hoping it was just a blip on the first try, and I ordered them for next day delivery within the allotted time. Next day - no shoes. I spoke to Schuh, who apologised and refunded me the charge, but was still waiting for these shoes. The following day I get an email to tell me the shoes have been delivered, but despite being in all day, I received no call and still don't have the shoes. All in all a complete waste of almost five days in total. I usually try to look on the bright side and understand mistakes can happen, but this just seems like a badly organised system.
I ordered a next day delivery on 25/11 still waiting now in 29/11. Evri didn't deliver and no update from them. Reported to schuh who said 'they are keeping an eye in it' This is not good enough. My parcel could be lost or stolen for all I know . If you pay for a service ice you expect that service to be provided. Please sort this out. Offer click and collect option or a refund so I can purchase these shoes elsewhere , where I will actually receive them.
I have to say, I can't fault the return and replacement service of Schuh. I had an upper fabric fault on my Doc Martens. Didn't have the receipt anymore but brought the bank statement. They looked at the boots and offered me a new replacement pair straight away. Was out of the shop within ten minutes with my new pair and I'm ever so happy. Thank you, Schuh! You've made my day as they were my favourite pair and I was devastated they had a fault.

I went to the schuh shop and found a pair of boots £38.99 but the staff charged me £65 as per it's original price. So I asked for students discount and was only charged £58.50. I asked her why and she told me that it was an old price. I felt discriminated because it's not fair for I should only pay £38. 99. Schuh steals vulnerable customers. They price and charge differently, so be aware of this scam. I took a picture of the boots as priced as £38.99 but charged & 65 and the receipt. This is dishonesty
It's been two weeks since I ordered a pair of boots and still have not received my order. I have emailed schuh twice and have not had a response. I went o to their website for a live chat and was told someone would look into where my order is and get back to me. No one has yet. Do not waste your time with this company!!!
I've had 2 terrible experiences with schuh. The first I ordered 5 trainers and 4 didn't fit well. I had to return at my own cost as they don't offer free returns. I done 2 as exchanges and they never ever process exchanges they just give you a full refund which is quite silly. I have ordered a second time and again the trainers are not fitting, I have returned for an exchange at my own cost again and no exhcnage update which makes me think they immediately process a refund. Not a good service, should at least offer free return postage and make sure they honor the exchange policy.
Despite there being only one address in my account profile they have sent my order to a very old address. I contacted customer services who are insistent that this is all my fault because I didn't pick it up in the order confirmation email and they accept no responsibility. They just shrug and say not our problem. Worse then that the first person in the online chat just disconnected when I queried where they got the address from. I am intrigued how they have found this old address as I am sure I never had an account when I lived there ten years ago and it definitely is not in my current addresses. It makes me wonder if their platform shares a database with other retailers.
I had a really great experience the employees helped me find everything I needed
