Another great experience at your Schuh kids shop in the Trafford centre. I think the lady was called Kylie? She was so nice with my daughter Imogen and arranged a home delivery because they didn’t have my daughter size. Thank you!!

Thank you so much to Alex (customer service call). I needed shoes urgently for a funeral after another company let me down, searched online everywhere for black boots in stock but no joy due to sales. Most other shops websites said in stock in store but when I called they were not in stock. Schuh website was accurate on store stock, I called to check and Alex was so helpful reserving them for me. Thanks for saving the day for me.

Avoid this company. returned 2 pairs of boots I tried on then repacked and sent via Yodel. No refund because Schuh say I sent an old pair of sketchers and packaging couldn’t have had 2 boxes. Basically accused me of lying. Rang Yodel who stated my parcel as sent was 10kgs in weight etc. told Schuh who said still needed written evidence. I will get this but I’d like to warn others that this company is operating on a nasty level and you are better off never being in the position of having to return your shoes. Take photos, record yourself weighing the parcel - get proof for these awful people. I will never trust them again - was an idiot, take a look at their reviews,

Schuh Sent my shoes to my old address even though I had changed it on my Schuh account, billing also. I asked the Schuh assistant why they don't use the mailing address on their site, what is the point of having it then, she then stated to me that Schuh don't use the address on their site to deliver if payment are made from sources like PayPal or Google pay? So Schuh stated to me that it was not their responsibility but mine , the assistant tried to blame me saying that my Google Pay which I used had my old address, WRONG! Updated weeks ago. She was not even interested and stated that it was a civil matter So I contacted UPS delivery who delivered the shoes and they stated that it happens all the time with Schuh , the driver kindly retrieved the shoes the following day and delivered them to me at my new address. Thank you UPS So Schuh your customer service is pathetic.

Went into store on Friday 24th February and was served by the manager sari and also Asan .Both really helpful nothing to much trouble .They really made me feel like a valued customer.I will definitely shop here more often Thankyou

Shocking service!!!! I ordered a pair of Timberland boots for home delivery, On opening the box it was empty!!! contacted customer services who pretty much told me I was lying and it wasn't empty!! was told if I wasn't happy to get a third party involved to investigate!! if I could give Zero stars i would!! £135 boots missing and I'm out of pocket!! Terrible company AVOID AVOID AVOID

I've ordered dozens of items from Schuh without any problems but today I received the wrong size. Instead of having to go through the whole exchange process, a quick message to Caitlin and she sorted everything out. She couldn't have been more helpful. In a time where every company seems to put their profits before their customers, this was a welcome surprise and why I'll continue to use Schuh

Won’t be shopping with Schuh again! First order I returned as it looked worn, I used Inpost to return as that’s what Schuh provided as free returns. When the locked opened, there was another parcel in there ( I left it in there as it wasn’t mine! And put mine in there). Schuh then didn’t receive their parcel back and blamed me, I told them to check CCTV. Second time ordering also resulted in a return (damaged goods) and they’re saying they’ve received empty boxes and that it’s not InPosts fault?!?! Sorry what? The customer service is absolutely shocking. I’ll obviously be disputing but other than that I can’t quite believe it what’s happened!

I would give a 0 star to Converse high top product and Schuh customer service.I have several Converse in size 4 which they fit nicely but with this ones I decide to have a size 5.I must say they are very narrow at the top and pointing up-words.I used them only for 5 minutes after I decide them to return them.My surprise was when I had my shoes back saying that I can’t have a refund as their “shoe specialist “ misure them and they are up to standard.What a joke !!! Don’t buy them or anything from Schuh as their customer service is appealing.

Have made multiple ordered from the ex display section and have always had exceptional service from Schuh. Every pair I’ve had so far have only had minor issues like the labels on the inside sole rubbed off so never anything cosmeticly major and the discount is fantastic. Have just ordered a pair of sandals that claim to have minor scratching although the photo was a little blurry so won’t know the extent until they arrive. I’m quite shocked at all the negative reviews because I’ve never had an issue with any of my multiple orders.

Terrible customer service. Incorrect delivery address noted immediately after order (2-3 minutes). Assured courier would be contacted and they still delivered to an old address which we don’t have access to. No initiative from the help service - just pick up a phone!

Ordered shoes which were sent via Evri. After a week of “we have your parcel” I contacted Schuh who immediately sent another pair via UPS which arrived next day. Top work Erin at Schuh.

Shocked to see so many bad reviews here, recently had a great customer service. Received a pair of uggs which had a mark/dent on the top of one of them. They informed me they didn’t have any plans to restock but I said I was happy to wait for an exchange as I really wanted them. Jennifer then got back in touch the next day after following this up for me to say she had sourced me a replacement pair which she sent out immediately. I will definitely buy from them again and was really pleased with their response to the situation.
