je ne peux que confirmer les avis négatifs et exprimer mon profond mécontentement face à la dégradation notable de la qualité des produits, des services et de l'absence de prise en compte des problématiques que j’ai signalées et qui ont été totalement ignorées. Pire ils avancent des arguments fallacieux pour se dédouaner. Ils bénéficient encore de leur ancienne bonne renommée mais jusqu'à quand?

Schuco n'est plus ce qu'il était. J'ai eu pour plus de 60K de fourniture et pose sur leur "meilleure" gamme. C'est truffé de défauts ! J'ai contacté le directeur France qui m'a mené en bateau pendant 2 ans... J'ai aussi contacté le DG en Allemagne... idem, rien à faire. Je suis un professionnel dans le bâtiment et c'est l'une des pires expériences avec une marque reconnue. Je suis passé maintenant sur Technal; c'est le jour et la nuit en terme de isolation phonique et de finition.

We ordered custom-colored Schueco products for our home, but three parts arrived in the wrong color. Despite paying a 30-40% premium for the custom color, this mistake delayed our project and forced our family (with a 1-year-old child) out of our home for over two months. Schueco is supposed to be a premium brand, but this experience was anything but. Unfortunately, since the error came from their provider in Bulgaria, and we used a third party, we couldn't take legal action. Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality and attention to detail.

Kein Kundenservice. Bei Schüco gibt es keinen Kundenservice für Endkunden. Meine Schüco Kunststofffenster zeigen Delaminationen bei den Fenstern auf der Sonnenseite. Es gibt bei Schüco keinen Ansprechpartner dafür.

Buongiorno, circa 5 mesi fa ho istallato serramenti Schüco in alluminio ritenendo tale marchio il “non plus ultra”! Invece mi ritrovo letteralmente a piedi. Alcuni infissi istallati presentano evidenti imperfezioni, sull’alluminio camuffati in malo modo da un bianchetto, altri non riesco ad aprirli perché privi di motore elettrico,( sono finestre molto pesanti non apribili a mano) altri ancora, sono stati istallati senza il sensore dell’antifurto e la Schüco fornisce i suoi per motivi di sicurezza. Pertanto il mio elettricista non può metterci le mani per non avere problemi futuri. Il produttore installatore un tale Vernassi non risponde neppure alle mie telefonate, ho fatto presente la situazione anche all’azienda di Padova scrivendo una mail ma ad oggi non ho avuto nessun riscontro. Ritenevo di essermi affidata ad un’azienda seria affidabile che risponde dei suoi prodotti ed invece… non so cosa fare quindi attenzione alla scelta che fate, perché non è detto che se pagate tanto avrete certamente un buon prodotto serio ed affidabile e garantito. Contattato il Premium Partner pubblicizzato da Schuco nel loro sito (per la provincia di Perugia). Vado prima presso l'azienda del partner e mi accordo per una visita a casa mia per i rilievi tecnici e la presa delle misure (visita fatta a Marzo 2024). Dopo almeno 10 telefonate e promesse al vento, mi ritrovo ad oggi senza alcun preventivo, sono passati 4 mesi, forse meglio così. Se tanto mi dà tanto non oso pensare cosa sarebbe stato tutto il resto, pessima esperienza, sceglierò un'azienda più seria.

Raccapricciante ! Dopo aver comperato una trentina tra infissi e finestre scorrevoli abbiamo richiesto assistenza per una normale manutenzione ma i rivenditori ufficiali si sono dileguati sostenendo che la stessa poteva essere fatta solo dall’azienda che ha fornito e montato il tutto a suo te, che intanto è fallita. Evitare accuratamente questa azienda farlocchia che dietro a un nome altisonante nasconde una incompetenza e superficialità senza eguali!!!

Abbiamo installato serramenti e porte della Schuco a costi megagalattici e ci ritroviamo con un sacco di problemi, con finestre che si chiudono malamente e che periodicamente danno segni di malfunzionamento dei meccanismi che regolano l'apertura a vasistas ed altro... Esperienza negativa, anche perchè il fornitore (ben noto in zona) non ci da nessuna assistenza e non sappiamo a chi rivolgerci.

Vi har har købt et større Schüco skydedørsparti igennem Redtz Glas og Facade A/S og her mere 1,5 år efter indflytning og overtagelse af huset, har de stadig ikke ville lave vores parti som hverken kører eller lukker godt, samt er tydeligt utæt. Hverken Schuco eller Redtz tager sagen seriøst, selvom det er tydeligt at der er noget galt. Skydedøren kører dårligt, dørene er synlig skæve og det trækker ind fra siderne - endda med vand når det regner og blæser samtidigt, så trods en premium pris kan vi absolut ikke anbefale hverken Schuco eller Redtz.

Ho comprato per la casa della mia vita 18 serramenti vetrocamera in alluminio TOP di gamma senza cardini brevettati della azienda SCHUCO esattamente dal loro Premium Partner vicino alla mia casa (LIEVORE Mirco di Breganze Vicenza). In più ho comprato due vetrate scorrevoli per la mansarda e scopro dopo circa 1 anno una bolla importante nel vetro proprio all'altezza dell'occhio .... La concessionaria LIEVORE se ne lava le mani pur riconoscendo il danno per le problematiche legate al portare in quota il vetro, la casa madre SCHUCO se ne lava le mani , per iscritto, perché dicono che loro sono responsabili solo del meccanismo del serramento e non della componentistica dello stesso.....

They do not do their work on time, atul, partiksha, mukesh make fake commitments. And they are fake personalities and worst person i ever seen. Don’t trust this company.

I'm going to share my experience with them !! Worse word is not enough for them 🥴😤 one of the fake company even .....I gave the 1 rating to this company even i guess it's more cos don't have the option of ZERO !! Totally hate !! Totally fake !! Totally worse experience !! Don't even invest or trust or order anything from them ...fake and cheap ... Atul, Pratiksha and Mukesh if i would say one of the dual personalities even i have come across !! I can't slap them, but i guess commenting is the best way to slap.

Got to knew it from some person but worst company and services. Once they receive the order they do not even care where the hell are you or your order. Worst experience ever. Their persons Atul and Pratiksha are totally fake and even doesn’t care after receiving the order.

I am facing harrasment after getting the service and products of SCHUCO INTERNATIONAL KG , Initially SCHUCO INTERNATIONAL KG Sales team is in the co-operative zone then after getting the order from me they change their colours like a reptile. Very bad quality of windows , doors after complaining to concern department they didn't even sort out my issue . Ms.Partiksha Sharma Mr.Atul SCHUCO Mr.Varun Lumani Non professional persons ..all they are step back from their commitments .

It is hard to know how to write this review without writing a long essay of all the problems we have with our Schuco bifolds. But the bottom line is simply that there is no direct quality control by Schuco over their branded products because the actual manufacturing is done by third party fabricators. I have been in touch with Schuco & they simply tell me there is nothing they can do. I find it totally bizarre that a so-called quality international brand would put their name to a product that they don't oversee, don't control and refuse to investigate when something goes wrong. Partiksha sharma fake promises I order my material but at the starting they buttering me alot to take the project but now after the payment they are not provided me service ... I am totally disappointed
