demande de SAV sur des baie vitrees de 1995 aucun service après vente dixit de schuco "la serie n'est plus fabriquée nous n'avons pas de solution de remplacement allez voir un quincallier" ÉVITEZ CETTE MARQUE

La serrure cassée depuis plus de deux mois. Passé par 3 étapes du SAV pour determiner la pièce. Et ceci malgré les photos, les numéros des pièces des ensembles et sous-ensembles. Cela donne l'impression que le système ERP est très mal utilisé. Au bout de deux mois, rebelotte, on recommence par "décrivez moi votre problème". Il ne faut surtout pas confier votre sécurité à cette firme, car en cas de souci, votre maison sera insérusée pour de longs mois.

Assistenza post acquisto pessima. Abbiamo tre finestre Shuco con apertura automatica che non funzionano, rimangono aperte lasciando passare freddo e non essendo più isolate acusticam ente. Non ci ihanno fornito nessuna assistenza. Ora le sostituirem o, cambiando naturalmente marca.

ho montato una finestra scorrevole con runflate(non so se ho scritto giusto) dopo appena 6 mesi è tutta storta non và più giu ed è tutta sbilanciata e non sò chi può aggiustarla perchè acquistata assieme alla casa che prodotto scarso

It is hard to know how to write this review without writing a long essay of all the problems we have with our Schuco bifolds. But the bottom line is simply that there is no direct quality control by Schuco over their branded products because the actual manufacturing is done by third party fabricators. I have been in touch with Schuco & they simply tell me there is nothing they can do. I find it totally bizarre that a so-called quality international brand would put their name to a product that they don't oversee, don't control and refuse to investigate when something goes wrong. One example of a problem we have had is that one of the frames is badly discoloured over about half a meter of frame (it is supposed to be black but it is a mottled grey). It looks like you might expect it to look after 30 years, not how a brand new frame should look. Nobody is willing to take responsibility for the issue (not Schuco & not Dutemann [the fabricator]). So we're left with a horrible looking bifold on our brand new extension and we will definitely not be showing off our Schuco frames to anyone as they are an embarrassment instead of something to be proud of.

Never, ever buy Schuco doors. They should not even be called doors as they don’t even perform the basic function of a door by both opening and closing. You will commit yourself to extremely expensive repairs and maintenance costs (£’000s) on each door for every year and such high levels of frustration in trying to simply close a door that you will find yourself crying. Don’t buy them. Surely, any door would be better.

Estamos teniendo una pésima experiencia con esta empresa. Tenemos unos ventanales automáticos de esta marca. Se estropean repetidas veces y por lo que parece no hay repuestos disponibles. Un producto q se supone de alta calidad y valor añadido tiene un servicio post venta pésimo y no nos dan ninguna solución

Ho comprato infissi di questa marca a Genova nel 2020. L'installatore ha sempre negato l'evidenza rispetto ai problemi evidenziati e dopo avere richiesto il pagamento anticipato (di mesi) rispetto alla fornitura affermando fosse essenziale all'ordine ha preteso decorresse da quello il termine dei due anni di garanzia, La richiesta di intervento al Costruttore "il marchio Schuko" mi ha spiegato l'avvocato che non porta da nessuna parte non essendo prevista in Italia la garanzia del costruttore. Sconsigliabilissimo sia l'acquisto sia - soprattutto - rivolgersi all'installatore in area Genovese.

Bonjour, Ayant acheté une maison affublée de baies vitrées Schüco, j'ai vite constaté que celles-ci sont loins d'être étanches à l'air, que les fermetures sont dures pour certaines (et que l'installation a été mal faite - frottent sur le sol en ouvrant). J'ai donc pris contact avec le SAV pour connaitre un artisan pouvant venir régler ce qui pouvait l'être. Et bien selon eux, il n'y en a pas dans ma région... Résultat 60 m2 de baies vitrées à changer alors qu'il n'y aurait que quelques joints à changer. Invraisemblable manque de suivi et de professionnalisme Edit: Le SAV semble avoir évolué (deux appels et mails reçus pour savoir si j'avais bien été pris en charge). A voir dans la durée mais au moins ça semble bouger un peu

schüco balkontüren, haben die unterste qualitätsstufe. die dinger verziehen sich bei wärme und kälte. lassen sich nicht einstellen da fertigung außerhalb der toleranzmaße. nie wieder ein produkt von Schüco. Preislich sind die auch noch völlig überteuert. polnische fertigung von kunststoffenster und türen sind besser als die von schüco. nach nun 25 jahren muss ich die schüco fenster austauschen lassen weil die vom wärmewert gleich null sind und alle balkontüren sich derart verzogen haben, daß man die türen sehr schlecht bis gar nicht mehr öffnen kann . einfach nur schrottqualität zum hohen preis

Liefertermin mehrfach ohne Kommunikation verschoben und dann auch noch zwischenzeitlich die Preise erhöht. Dann passten die Fenster nicht passgenau. Nie wieder!!!
