This company seems to me to serious. It never takes long time before they answer your request, and help you out. Only drawback is that it can be taken away from you in the customs since they are shipping it from USA, but all in all a good experience.

I ordered creatine and pre work out from their website. the package never arrived and has been stuck in their facility for over 2 months. I’m tired of waiting so I asked for a refund. They won’t give me a refund even though I still haven’t received the package. They are scammers and everyone should be very careful before purchasing from SAMEDAYSUPPLEMENTS

I purchased two jars of psychotic pre-training on March 3, 2023, it took about 30 days to arrive at the country's customs when I found that the order was barred and was returned to SameDay... I sent countless emails to this company and they never refund my order!!. they say that never received the package but when I called brazilian customs they said it was returned the packet sucessfully... until now I'm trying to get in touch with them to return my money but they never solve the problem, they say that the system is automated but the money it was never refunded to my account. My experience with SameDaySupplements was great! The product I ordered, Lipodrene Elite, works wonderfully! Customer service was quick, helpful and friendly. Even after I made a typo on my shipping address, my order came on time with zero hassle. It would seem that the negative experiences of other reviewers may be projecting, disproportionally skewing the trustworthiness of the company. I've had abysmal experiences with companies that have 4.5+ rating, after all. That's my 2 cents! I'd definitely recommend SameDaySupplements!

One of the worst experiences I had. I ordered a product on 7 January, the last update was 35 days ago 17/01/2023 and it was lost due to unknown reasons. They have stolen my money and do not wish to refund. Stay away from this company unless if you want to lose your money. Their customer support is only meant to stall you so you dont sue the company, in reality they are scammers, and do not care about your situation at all. If you want quality suplements and products, find it in other sites, literally any other site rathan than this.

The company is blocking you on Instagram for contacting them because of a refund. I never got my order (documented by the carrier) and they refuse a refund. Not reliable, lost 50€/$. They offer credit card because you can't get the money back from the credit card company. Beware!

DON'T ORDER HERE! I have been waiting for a refund for 6 months for an order I did not receive. The order was returned due to problems with customs and so documented. Sameday supplements has refused to refund the money for 6 months and serves me excuses for this on a weekly basis. They don't offer PayPal, because you could use the buyer protection. Scammers I see that I am not the only one person with the problem. Also sameday supplements is blocking you on Instagram for contacting them because of the issue. Very unprofessional.

Ordered extra, paid, order never sent, customer service is rubbish. They asked me to call my card company. The bank told me that they tried a further two times to withdraw the value. this shows that they are thieves. They have my money and they don't want to send the product

Comprei um produto e já faz quase 20 dias e nunca enviaram, ainda pediram para eu aguardar quase um mês até chegar no estoque . Eu era cliente fiel deles. Mas depois dessa isenção de responsabilidade, estou deixando de comprar com eles, além de não indicar mais ninguém a comprar. Inclusive, vou remover o meu vídio de indicação do Youtube, não desejo que outras pessoas passam pelo o que estou passando. Tentei várias formas de contato e a demora enorme para respostas, além de não ser informada de forma sucinta como entornar meu dinheiro.

I bought alpha king force factor from force factor before I bought it from same day supplement and they look completely different they smell different not to mention no noticeable benefit from the new bottles Pretty sure they ripped me off with some fake product maybe a cheap herb vitamin but definitely not what I received the first time

Never recieved my order. It got sent back to them for unknown reason and have not recieved any money in return although it has been 8 months and several mails to remind them. They are very short in their mails and are not interested to solve this in any way.

Ive bought fat burner from them. Ive bought it before straight of Dragon pharma site . But this time decided to by from this one cos of the price. This is not the same product,nothing close i think is fake . Maybe that’s why the delivery was quick

This company does not follow up on promises for delivery nor customer service. They lay their blame with shipping companies but you have to persistently call them for tracking information. When they realize and confirm a product is lost they wait 45 BUSINESS DAYS! To send out a replacement. This is horrible when dealing with international or North American orders ie Canada... you will potentially be waiting 45-90 days for a product that costs $40 and they are not the only company to sell the product, so their drive for repeat customers and satisfaction is clearly not their concern.
