They were truly helpful when the item got delayed, so they sent another one out.

The experience was mixed, but with communication, transparency and responsibility..it ended on a high note. Product was rec'd, but short-dated and with some bottles having no expiration dates or lot numbers! I contacted Customer Svc, who quickly responded with detail, took responsibility for the issue, and provided me with some helpful background information as well. They were professional, honest and understanding of my frustration. To be heard and acknowledged had just as much value as the refund they issued.

My name is Rhonda Layne I would give it a 0 if possible. The package was not delivered to me. Then when I call there customer service I am hung up on. I filed immediately with Federal express a package not found case also sent a ticket to the company telling them that it was not delivered The girl would transfer me to any manager . They have had my money for 7 days and refuse to pay it back. Then as usual callback and they hung up again do not use thhem
