I had an issue with a few orders where CBSA (Customs Canada) held my shipments for no reason and almost a month and half later released it with no reason. Canada post updated their tracking but apparently lost or misplaced the items. 2 months passed but the customer service from same day supplements were great through the whole process and in the end replaced both shipments with no cost to me. It was very frustrating waiting so long but it wasn't customer services fault. They had to follow the process. Customer service were very helpful and assisted the best they could. I'd definitely purchase through them again but would probably recommend using DHL. It's faster and less hassle with Customs. Sincerely, Jason

Terrible customer service—their supervisors never call back and representatives are not knowledgeable. Bad customer service overall. Update (7.12.2024): Not interested in providing feedback. Feedback that improves your performance does not reimburse me. You lost two customers buying thousands of dollars worth of supplements. We made legitimate purchases with a legitimate card, which you processed and fulfilled. I think you guys are missing the point—no one called me back and evaded my calls!

Awful customer service. They charge me extra for expedited service but when the package was delayed they refused to refund the extra payment for shipping! Don’t buy from them

Customer service seal broken no outer seal lid was unscrewed powder came out. Don't use this company. ANYONE HAVING ISSUES GETTING REFUND SIMPLY CALL YOUR BANK AND DO A CHARGE BACK ON YOUR CARD FOR THAT ORDER! GIVE ALL THE INFO YOU HAVE FOR A FRUADULENT COMPANY THEN THE BANK WILL GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! IF IT'S BLATENT IGNORANCE I WILL/WOULD DO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND SEE IF THEY SHOW UP. EASY TO DO.

Just a small local company for domestic shipping. Do not believe in their world wide shipping service or 30 days refund. If you are outside USA they will lost the package and wont give any resolution. Besides, they have blocked all the users with complains in their Facebook page and also disabled opinions. So, a BIG RED FLAG people.

I bought an order to be sent to Mexico, there was just a shipping options and it turned to be the worst one. A month has already passed and they Customer Service keep saying that they dont get answer from its shipping company (Asendia), and dont give a solution. Worst Customer Service, now they stopped answering mails at all. If you are out of USA never trust in this company.

I was very hesitant ordering from Canada because of some of the other reviews, but I had no issues. The product came in the estimated time, there was a tracking number attached, and the product was as described. Very happy with my order.

I ordered my supplements on June 28 and I didn’t receive the package. The tracking status has not updated since July 11. I sent 5 emails to customer service and they are not replying to me. They already billed my credit card and it’s a month later I still don’t have my order. I called Canada customs and Canada post, both parties confirmed they never received an order. This is a warning to all customers especially those ordering from Canada to be extremely cautious of this company and how they deal with you in such difficult situations. I wish I had read the review before because it seems like everyone is paying and not getting their order.
