Hi, I placed an order with tracking number LB822....77SE, but unfortunately, it never arrived. According to the post office (Correios), my package was returned to the sender due to incomplete sender information on the postal document (CN22/23). The post office explained: "The international postal shipment was returned to the sender because the postal document did not contain the sender's complete information, making it impossible to process the goods for customs." Despite the company’s claim that the package was fully declared, this issue occurred, and I am left without my order. Initially, the company assured me that a refund would be processed once the package was returned, minus shipping costs. However, the company has since stated that they have not received the returned package and are no longer responding to my messages regarding this issue. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and I am requesting a full refund, including shipping costs, as the failure to deliver my order is due to the sender's incomplete declaration. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, as it has caused significant inconvenience and delay. Thank you for your attention.

This is a response to sameday's response because I couldn't find a way to respond. I can't believe that these 2 orders returned by Customs, one in January and the other in March 2023, are still in transit to the US. It doesn't make sense for an order to take 1 year to arrive at the Warehouse. It's impossible for them not to have been delivered to the SameDaySupplements Warehouse. It's been 1 year since it was returned...it doesn't make sense for an order to take 1 year to arrive in the US.

Be cautious! I attempted to place an order on this website using my credit card, but my orders were canceled without explanation. When I inquired, they claimed they only accept wire transfers. This raised major red flags, so I didn't proceed with payment. This seems like a scam—avoid purchasing from this site!
