I paid for next day delivery for my product and it did NOT arrive the next day so I had to postpone the work ! Once product arrived one of the wheels bent which again was not good

The delivery was a day later than planned but in these times of Covid-19 disruption I don't think that is bad. For the product itself which was a set of barriers and chains, the sections of barrier would be more sturdy either glued or taped together but I will get some black tape for that purpose.

When I received the package the box was damaged and parts missing. I emailed and the parts were replaced the next day. Exceptional response and very quick. Hoist bracket was also good quality and good value.
Product as specified....... Thank goodness no problem. Website says up to 20 minutes to inspect item I only wanted a couple of minutes to do this but courier would not wait for even a second saying he had 50 deliveries to make.
