The product was fine, although it was more permeable than I was expecting. It took closer to five days to arrive in the post but the staff were very helpful when I enquired and agreed to send me another one if it had not arrived within the next day.

Just to say thanks for excellent service (order no.SLG-00163342 dated 24 Jun 20). Original order had wrong parts and could not be assembled.
