Don't buy anything from this company online. They can't be trusted. I ordered a sack truck from them, that I needed ASAP, which is why I used an online company. However, these jokers took my money no problem at all, then inform me the next day that they don't have the item in stock! In my opinion, selling something that you don't actually have to sell is an outrage. What is even more outrageous is that it takes them 5 days to process a refund!!! So my money (which was taken instantly) is now sat in their bank (along with hundreds of other customers no doubt) earning interest for them. Its an absolute disgrace. In this day and age payments can me made instantly via bank transfer and that's exactly what these people should have done. Selling items and taking payment for them, when you don't actually possess them is nothing short of fraudulent in my book and I'm NOT happy.
