Very prompt delivery of the correct parts, which were correctly described on website. Parts were of high quality which is necessary when purchasing lifting components.
Bought a tree harness. Enquired first as to sizing. Was advised small would be fine. It’s way to small so had to return. It’s cost me 10% handling and £14 return postage all to find out it’s no good even after enquiring first. They just went on manafactures info. I could have done that. No idea of the product there selling. Wont go there again that’s for sure. Turns out they didn’t have the size I needed In stock anyway. Bought another of amazon and it stated medium/extra large was right for me. Delivery was fast and reasonable to be fair. But they could help by offering a returns service even if it’s charged as they have contract with courier at fraction of parcel force. The 10% handling is a Micky take as well. Not happy.
Website wasn’t the easiest to navigate but once I found what I was looking for the rest was easy and at a very good price.

Ideal for shifting my heavy tools in one go. I am a Silversmith and teach at different venues so I have to transport a lot of equipment including a planishing press, vices and small anvils plus much more. Its an ideal size and strong enough to take everything.
Order process was OK -- goods arrived on the day specified-- so far so good. Both of the items ordered has incorrect instruction leaflets enclosed. So I got emailed the correct version e-mailed. One of the items didn't work properly so I notified the Warranty team and was sent a "self adjustment" mail on how to fix this brand new item. I bought a wheeled trolley from SafetyLiftinGear and everything worked as advertised. Product was just as described, good quality and delivered exactly when expected for a good price. Happy days.

Only the deliverer let the whole experience down. The item was a set of hydraulic pullers, a heavy piece of kit, which was just thrown over my fence. When I got to the large parcel I could feel and hear that all the components were loose and I feared the plastic carry case which houses the pullers would be broken, but to my surprise, luckily, I found nothing broken and that I only needed to re-pack the components into the carry case. Not impressed with the deliverer, the packaging could have been a tad better but the 5 & 10 tonne hydraulic pullers that were sent are very reasonably priced and robust.
